Post No. 3,145 - the triggers in current toxic behaviours

One of the problems with the current swathe of nonBPM events in the world is that it triggers flashbacks for me of the past abuses I have undergone - oddly enough, predominantly in workplaces. 

Some of what I am dealing with at the moment includes the time two co-workers lied to my boss and said I had agreed to something that was completely antithetical to my philosophies on everything - and my psychopathic boss (a) believed them, and (b) forced me to withdraw a memo of complaint. 

That sort of gross, deliberate toxicity is exactly what we're seeing amongst ICE, FBI and police employees (they are not agents unless they (a) are unmasked, (b) provide their badge and name, and (c) comply with the law and behave in a professional manner)

The same required standards apply to those in corporations now - everywhere: if you are not professional, including accountable and the required transparency/openness for that to happen, you are an unethical thug.
