Something that has been pointed out quite a bit about the actions of the current US regime is that cruelty is the point of their actions - cruelty to cause fear, etc.
That is not just a device or tool, it is a key part of why they are evil.
Well, in counter to that,
Kindness is the Point
on our side, and that must become our automatic, ingrained response - our raison d'être, no matter where we are, no matter how great or small, greatly connected or solitary, active leader or the most back row seated of supporters.

PS - I have just used this to propose this on a social media platform:
While I am aware of the need for activism/action and the potential dangers of simplistic phrases, I am also aware of the potential benefits of a catchy phrase. So, as a counter (not a response) to the evil philosophy manifesting as "the cruelty is the point", perhaps we need something like "kindness is the point" (which I have added to my one and only social media profile) or maybe even "kindness is our point".
Just a suggestion - someone may well have something better :)
Also, to be quite clear (in response to a dismissive, combative, and amathiac misogynist who misunderstood what this is about): this is NOT aimed at changing the haters, the M_ G_ cultists etc: it is a point for us to focus on as a positive attribute of us, not them.
