Former offerings - Ethics 
As a former Buddhist I am well acquainted with the notion and details of karma. I am very much of the view that whatever I do will come back to me - both good and bad. As a result, I have a very high personal motivation to "do the right thing". For some posts I've made about this on my blog, see:
In terms of services provided through this Web site, however, irrespective of my personal beliefs and whether or not I am charging, all that I do is subject to the laws of this state, this nation and a number of international laws. In particular:
  • any attempt at fraud by me is actionable under law;
  • any failure of me to be inclusive (i.e. any incident where I discriminate on the basis of sexuality, gender identity, race, religion, etc.) may also be actionable under law.
The Australian Psychics Association has a Code of Ethics which is not bad, but lacks the above two points, and seems a bit anti-Wiccan/pagan for my tastes. I am not registered with, nor am I a member of, the Australian Psychics Association. I would like to get a better version of their register going at the Order of Hermes Web site, but I have been lacking in time to make that happen.
I am also aware that any client's attempt to blackmail or threaten me is also covered by relevant laws - that is, I am protected, as well as any clients. That also applies to discriminatory (i.e., offensive) behaviour against me :)
Next point: love spells are an attempt at negative psychic control, and are therefore WRONG, and I will have NOTHING to do with such rubbish, nor requests to harm people.

So ... ethics all round, thank you :)

Former offerings - Services 

A few years ago I tried to do some of my spiritual work as a part time business. Well, that wasn't particularly successful for a range of reasons - including limitations on my time and energy as a result of my day job and family commitments, but most particularly because I considered that I had a geas not to charge for some forms of work. I am still obligated under that geas not to charge for my healing, mediumship and clearing work, but there is some work I consider it spiritually acceptable to charge for, and I have decided to start working on building that up again - as a part time business. (I'm also looking at building up other part time work.)

As I do so, I will start to re-work some of these pages, but, for the moment, here is a list and some links to the work I am offering:

  • rune work;
  • house clearings; and
  • artificing (the main area I would like to build up).

Payment

I am no longer attempting to do this as a commercial concern, but for the information it provides about me, and just in case there is ever any desire to make a donation, this is the context I would expect to apply to that. However, should anyone wish to make a donation, you can do so via the following account. I expect such donations to NOT be excessive (if they are, I will send them back! There are causes with greater, valid needs, causes that are far more deserving of money, than my work here on this blog):

If you want to take advantage of one of these services, you need to contact me using the form FIRST, before sending any money, so we can discuss what it is you want done. As an energy psychic, I would rather receive five cents given with gratitude, than twenty dollars given grudgingly. I believe that those providing psychic services deserve to be paid just as much as anyone else giving a service, but I have better things to do with my energies, skills and life than fight against ingratitude or resentment that has been dumped into my lap by someone who didn't want to pay "that much".
For that reason, I ask that you pay only what you consider my services are worth. I will actually set an upper limit on this*, and I will ask that you wait at least one week to make sure what I have done is of reasonable value to you, and I will give you a few options around payment (for example, I am happy for you to make a donation to a charity of my choosing, or 'pay it forward', perhaps in kind rather than cash - and I'll even buy a Lotto ticket just to see if your payment has got back to me yet :) ), but if you don't wish to pay me for whatever reason, that is perfectly okay with me :) I even will refrain from using the f word (as in "Fine! Fine! Humph.")
I have a day job, so I don't need this money to survive, and I am aware of the workings of karma (known to witches/Wiccans as "the Law of Threefold Return", and many others as "what goes around, comes around" or "what you give out you get back"). If you're just trying to avoid making payment to me because you're stingy, it's you that has to deal with your karma, not me.
* In part, the 'upper limit' is based around this being, from the point of view of my tax agent, a 'paying hobby'. That's okay by me, as I don't want to have to deal with ABNs, BASs, etc. - the taxation stuff I had to deal with when I tried to set up a part time massage/alternative healing back in the late 80s was enough for me to let that idea go.
To end with a lighter note, did you hear about the guy who didn't keep up the payments on his exorcism? He was repossessed. :)

My expectations of you

On that note, it should also be noted that people providing a service are protected by laws also. We are protected against assault, attempts at blackmail, and abuse - including abuse simply because you can't, say, handle an uncomfortable truth. I also expect all people who come to my home (if that is where I work for a client) to accept that all our pets are full and equal members of the household, and are to be treated with the same respect that you would give another human. Hence, for example, if a cat is on a chair, the chair is taken: you find another chair, or stand.
If you cannot make an appointment, or will be late, please email (up to 24 hours beforehand), ring or text. However, please do not expect me to put my family, work and other commitments on hold for your slackness - I've already done so once, to make the first appointment. Rescheduling will generally be done, but on the basis of mutual convenience. Continued failure to turn up without adequate reason will result in services not being offered.
Finally, I expect people to do their fair share of work: if I advise you to do something, I expect you to do that before coming along again. If you don't take my advice, then I see no point in taking time out of my life to try and help you, and may terminate the session or refrain from future sessions. As a minimum, I expect ALL my clients to gain some basic familiarity with the principles of (psychic) flaming, and grounding and shielding.

Restrictions on clients I will accept

These days, I understand that a "Blue Card" (i.e. "Working with Children checks" - which, I understand, also comes with a requirement for police checks*) is required for working with children (the Pagan Awareness Network has a media release about their actions in this regard).
If I run any workshops, I will have to either get a "Blue Card", or limit attendees to those who are over 18. I will probably choose the latter, as I don't have the time or inclination to attend the courses etc. required to get a "Blue Card" - particularly when, based on my past experience, that is only ever going to be a very small part of my clientele.
In any case, parental permission is an absolute must for anything involving those under 18 - and, in the case of separated parents, that permission includes both, as far as I am concerned.
If you are under 18, I don't make the rules, but I get to pay the price (potentially including jail time) if I don't observe them, so don't drag me into any of your battles over this. In particular, don't disguise your true age from me.
* Whilst I fully support action to protect children (I know many people who have been abused as children - some almost fatally abused - and experienced a couple of such incidents as a child myself), the way police checks are generally conducted is not without flaws, particularly around the management of former names for trans people (read here for an explanation of that term).

Cancellations

From time to time, I may have to cancel bookings in response to other events in my life up to and including the death of a Significant Other. Where such happens, I will provide as much notice as I can, and will negotiate a new appointment under mutually agreed terms (not just time).

Fees and Payment Options

This section no longer applies, but just in case anyone is inclined towards wanting to make a donation, this sets the order of scale of what I would be comfortable with.
The broad options regarding payment (Pay-It-Forward, pay what you consider it worth, etc) have already been outlined under the sub-section “Payment”. Assuming you have decided, after trying my work out for sufficient time, to pay a reasonable fee, then your options are:
  • pay cash (which will be declared on my tax return);
  • deposit into account (details provided when scope of work agreed);
  • future online options are being investigated (e.g., I've considered a Skrill account, which is an alternative to a PayPal account that I need for Flattr anyway, but their commercial purposes use is incompatible - and has fees that are unclear to me - with the low key way I run this 'business').
The actual fees are tabulated below - but remember, these are generally an upper limit - remember, I prefer you to pay at least one week later, and pay what you consider my work worth for you.

Privacy

Information is collected and maintained about clients who take me up on these services to enable communication with you, and to maintain records of the services provided to you so that any future consultations will be efficient. In the case of any abusive behaviour from you, records will be maintained of the problematic behaviour so informed decisions can be made about whether to provide any services to you at a future date.
No personal information about you will be divulged to any other person, except in response to a lawful direction from a court or a police officer.
Your records are kept on a system which has up to date virus protection and updates to the operating system.

Former offerings - spirit rescue and clearing  

In essence, not all people who die pass on to the astral worlds (also referred to as 'the Light', 'the Summerlands', 'Heaven', etc): their spirit (or 'soul', or - more accurately - astral body) may become 'stuck' around the physical world. I, and others who do this form of work, help these people move on.
Largely, I do this because it is one of my main life tasks, but I have also done this in response to requests from people who are experiencing problems as a result of earthbound entities. Such problems can range from simple discomfort as a result of the presence of earthbound entities through to haunting or obsession/possession.
Never, in my experience, has possession been anywhere approaching what was seen in the film The Exorcist. Also, I consider the portrayal of rescue in the American series Ghost Whisperer undisciplined and technically ... less than perfect (for instance, why is there no mention of protection or Guides? Then there is the whole approach ... ). Still, it is enjoyable, and it does get spirit rescue known. On the other hand, but the way the Harry Potter series addresses issues around the need for “occlumency”, and the approach of the British television series Afterlife, are actually more accurate.

Please note that, to do a clearing of earthbound entities, I don't necessarily have to go physically to the place or person of concern. In fact, sometimes it is better not to.
So … if you consider you may have a problem with an earthbound entity, the first work I will to will be before I go anywhere near the location concerned (or the entity may be attached to people or an object: same principle, the first work is done at a distance). In many cases, that is all that is needed. If, however, that doesn’t work and it is necessary for me to attend the site (or person, or object), I can do so (provided the location is reasonably close to the northern parts of Melbourne), but, if I have to go to site, be prepared to learn and possibly change some aspects of your lifestyle. My experience is that, if you do not do so, there is a moderate chance that you may acquire another earthbound entity.

Note: I am reworking my standard designs given the cultural appropriation and misuse of symbols by white supremacists. Until I have done so, the designs are no longer available. 
I first wrote about these here. In effect, they are a three dimensional magical device, an amulet, talisman or charm, created for a specific purpose.
I have combined a tetrahedron (a sort of pyramid shape built out of triangles) with Kamea (also known as Qabbalistic Squares or Magickal Squares) and a few other magical devices (such as the Seals of Solomon) to create something which works in a more complex fashion than something drawn on a flat sheet of paper or some other two dimensional surface. For instance, each face can act as a specific source of influence (i.e., energy, including the energy from a Deity if you wish).
The example in the below photos is one which has been created for the purpose of achieving psychic protection (actually, it is the first in that series, for me and my family, so is a little old and the worse for wear :) ).
There is, as with having a crystal, a certain amount of effort required to care for this device if you get one.
I have standard designs available (Psychic Protection, and World Peace) which I can either send to you as a design by email, for you to print, cut out, assemble and charge following the instructions sent with the Tetrahedron, or I can do that and send it preassembled and precharged.
I can also create a specific designs if I can be convinced that there is a valid purpose. 
 


Former offerings - Rituals, Healing and Regressions   

Ritual

One of the things I enjoy doing is ritual - both writing/preparing, and participating/leading. In fact, as child I would write my own rituals, little things to do every day (I mentioned this on my bio at the Asuri website), and I took to the ritual aspects of Wicca like a duck to water (I can still remember the pleasure of my very first ritual - the circle dance, the choice of incense, etc). I still enjoy doing this when I can - for instance, I am enjoying completing the four sets of cycles of rituals I was posting for my ritual project.

I have written and, on occasion, led, rituals for other people for various purposes, but I am NOT a registered/official  celebrant - nor would I ever be under the repressive, bigoted marriage regime instituted by the evil John Howard, and maintained subsequently by others. I may, however, be able to be convinced to offer my services to write or, if you are conveniently located, participate in or lead, rituals for other purposes - coming of age, handfastings, cronings/sageings, Sabbats/ Esbats, etc.

Channelled Energy Healing 

The quickest way to give you an idea of what I do as a channelled energy healer is to describe it as "like Reiki, but without the visualisations, formality or hierarchical attunements etc".
In effect, I act as a conduit for etheric, astral and higher energies to flow through me to your nonphysical bodies. This can potentially be of benefit to you emotionally, mentally or psychically, and, through the interconnections of our nonphysical and physical components, eventually to your physical wellbeing (even if all it does is provide a 'recharge' of energies).
This technique is more or less as used in spiritualist churches, and by healers such as the late, great, British Harry Edwards. They often used the term “spiritual healing”, hopefully in the sense of working with spirit, but it seems to imply that one is, or should be, “spiritual” in order to carry out the healing: fortunately for me, that isn't so.
In writing about this, I wish to make it perfectly clear that I have not performed any miraculous healing (if I could perform miracles I'd be tempted to quip that Melbourne Football Club would have won an AFL Premiership or two since 1964).
I also insist that my clients combine alternative therapies with conventional medicine, as I am firmly of the view that they are both potentially complementary.
You should also be aware that, just as not all conventional medicines are suitable for all people, each healer or healing method may not be suitable for a particular patient, or perhaps a particular session. So, no matter how much you may want the healing to work, it is important to be objective about this.

I can do absent healing, but how focused this is depends on the number of requests, and the demands of my family, work and other commitments in my life. Similarly, I have a healing book, and will consider requests to add people to this (at no cost), but note that this is a low key approach to healing. You may also wish to consider lighting an on-line candle at an appropriate shrine at the nshrine Web site.
I consider myself under a geis not to charge or accept money for the channelled energy healing work that I do.

Past Life Regressions

I can do past life regressions, both individual past life regressions and workshops, but, as I am now de-commercialising myself, I would need to be convinced of the merit in doing so.
Please note:
  1. I do NOT "read" the past life for you. YOU do all the work, under my guidance, and get the details of the life via your spirit guides.
  2. If there is ANY comment along the lines of you having been someone famous in a past life, I will stop the session immediately. The world has a surfeit of Cleopatra's as it is ....
  3. I do NOT offer proof of past lives. If that is your interest, I suggest you contact a suitably qualified hypnotic regressionist (I do NOT use hypnosis). There is a suitable link or two on Charmaine Wilson's Web site.
  4. My approach to past life regressions is based largely on dealing with the energy we created: see here and here. Before I agree to take you on as a client, I will do some checks to see if I consider you suitable for my techniques. If I consider you unsuitable, please feel free to consider the links on Charmaine Wilson's Web site, or possibly contact the Victorian Spiritualist Union, the Pagan Awareness Network, or the Australian Psychics Association for suitable referrals.

Former offerings - Teaching, Numerology and Workshops    

Teaching 

I have been teaching in various capacities since I was a teenager. I have run psychic development circles, psychic clearing / rescue / regression circles and Wiccan groups. In the course of doing so, I have taught quite a few people.
I am prepared to consider teaching now, but my past experience leads me to be very wary of who I take on as a student. Nevertheless, I would consider the matter if anyone is interested.
The details would be worked out on a case-by-case basis. 
I have some conditions, however. Any person wishing to be considered by me as a student must:
  • be free of discrimination against LGBTIQ people, and also free of racism and sexism; 
  • accept that, if they come in to my home, the cats are full blown members of the household, and they, as temporary visitors, are lesser: if a chair has a cat on it, it is taken - do not disturb the cat, and accept all household rules on this matter (and other matters); 
  • be prepared to look at lives where they have made mistakes - serious mistakes.
That last condition is one that I have introduced as I am heartily fed up with people looking at their current life and maybe one or two lives where they've been hard done by, and then adopting a position of moral superiority. When they try to do that towards their teacher - i.e., me - they are demonstrating their clear lack of preparedness to learn, which requires things like humility, respect, manners, balance, objectivity, being willing to shut up and listen and being willing to admit you might be wrong - perhaps even seriously wrong. This problem seems to particularly crop up when I talk about my past life as a German night fighter pilot: I've had some very arrogant, morally superior reactions to that ... which is a bit rich coming from people who did far worse as Mongols, pirates, concentration camp guards, and so on.

Oh yes - that's one of the things about teaching: I get quite a bit of insight into what you've done wrong ...

Numerology 

I have used numerology of names based on Qabbalistic systems for several decades, albeit rather spasmodically. I will be offering brief name charts at some stage in the not too distant future.
Please note that my approach to readings of this type is to go for the essence, rather than adding in excruciating amounts of detail and minutiae … 

Workshops

Again, this is only available for those who live close to Melbourne, Australia.
If you can provide a suitable venue and at least three of four people (more if I have to travel too far), my current list of workshops includes:
  • chakras;
  • crystals (my previous workshop notes are here; I've updated them since ... );
  • nonphysical strength (see here);
  • Talismanic Tetrahedrons (you learn how to make them; see here); and
  • runes.
I am currently working on workshops on the Qabbalah, past life regression, psychic protection, clearing negative energy and spirit rescue. (See my original workshop notes here and here on a couple of those topics.) These are likely to be some time away – years, in some cases.

In this case, the notes I hand out cost money to prepare, so I would expect to at least cover my costs - including travel costs.
