Post No. 333 - Reading

I've been doing a fair bit of reading of late. Here's some of it for your consideration: enjoy - but, above all else, THINK! Remember, I don't necessarily agree with stuff I post here ...

• http://weilerpsiblog.wordpress.com/2009/03/13/the-anger-within/ and http://weilerpsiblog.wordpress.com/2009/03/18/a-psychics-life/ (I had a different upbringing, more stable, but I also decided I had a problem with anger when I was fairly young (10 or 12), and decided I would control my temper, rather than let it control me ... but anger is still an issue; interestingly, I am re-reading Lyall Watson's brilliant book "Supernature", and the section on telekinesis reports that people have to established brain cycles in the theta range, at about 8 Hz, along with a heart rate that is about 240 beats per minute (i.e., 6 Hz), in order to achieve TK: in the author's words, they create a rage, and then direct it to achieve TK - which is why I have decided to stop trying to achieve TK);
