Post No. 2,366 - More on a visualisation to accompany, supplement or replace alternate nostril breathing

PPS - I have started working at developing the ability to do this visualisation simultaneously in three dimensions - the original side to side, but also front-back and above-below ... and I am combining the in-out of breathing with pulsing the aura - a bit like a bicycle pump (which I have previously written about as auric breathing). 

I have been using alternate nostril breathing (see here) for decades - around half a century, in fact :) 

I've written about this, and the emotion work I use with it, a fair bit over the years on this blog and elsewhere, but I've only touched on a visualisation I have developed to run in conjunction with, or in lieu of, the physical alternating nostril breathing exercise. 

Now, this helps me when I am in a situation where it would be inappropriate to do the physical part of this exercise, but it also helps people who cannot do the physical exercise - possibly because of a physical condition, or maybe even a nonphysical reaction to the exercise. 

I've done some rough (Goddess! They're rough!! ... the disks, I have had pointed out to me, look like elephant ears 😊 ) sketches to illustrate this, which are posted below. When you're looking at these, the alignment of the passage of energy from one side to the other for the first set of disks is through what is termed the corpus callosum of the brain - that part which enables the right and left hemispheres to communicate with each other. This exercise helps to balance the right and left functions of the brain, and I consider that occurs because, whether the visualisation is used or not, the energy flow is through that part of the brain. 

The second is through the heart  chakra, and the third through the solar plexus  chakra.  

PPS - I have also now added pulsing the aura: when I am breathing in I expand my aura (technically, my auric sheath) to help draw energy in - a bit like lifting the handle of a bike pump to create and vacuum and draw air in. When I exhale, I bring my aura (auric sheath) in to more or less create an energetic pressure to push the energy to where I want it to go. 

As I do these exercises, I visualise (ideally: see) the disks, that half of my aura, and the connection points getting brighter.

Also, this can be done while moving, laying down (including laying on your side), etc. I know, because Ive done that. 

OK, enough waffle: on the sketches. 

Overview

This is aimed at developing a disk (an accretion disk, if youre into astronomy) on each side, with a vortex (tornado, whirlpool, or water down a sink plug hole) connecting the disk to the centre (corpus callosum) of the brain. The breathing/visualisation is used to direct and build energy on and between the two disks.

First inhalation

This helps get the disk rotating. After considerable trial, what I’ve found works best for me (others may find differently) is to have the top of the disk rotating forwards. In this sketch, Ive shown breathing in the right nostril to get the right side disk moving. 

Again, after many trials, what I have found works best for me is to have that disk purple, and have it teamed with an orange (complementary colour) disk on the left side of my brain. 



First hold

I allow the disk to build speed (and momentum) and draw in harmonious energy to build its strength. 

 


First exhalation 

Transfer energy from the purple disk inwards via the purple vortex to and through the corpus callosum then outwards via the orange vortex to the orange disk.  

 


Second inhalation

As per the first inhalation, but for the other, paired disk - in this case, the orange disk. 

 


Second hold

As per the first hold, but for the other, paired disk - in this case, the orange disk. 

 


Second exhalation

Transfer energy from the orange disk inwards via the orange vortex to and through the corpus callosum then outwards via the purple vortex to the purple disk.



Now, there is more to this than only that. 

I use a similar visualisation with this exercise to also build up blue-gold disks working on/via/through the heart/heart chakra, and green-red for the solar plexus chakra. (With practice, I find I can do all three at the same time. They're normally closer together than I've shown in the sketch below - I've moved them apart in the sketch for clarity.)

An important point here: I've shown the disks on either side, and am comfortable doing so and meshing that with different spin orientations of chakras (you could think of that as a sort of gearing, if you must), but others won't necessarily be comfortable with that: if you prefer, you can have the disks in  front and behind or above/below you, with colours as you find works best.

 


In addition, I find I can use the disks like drums to pulse astral “sounds” (or pulses of energy) outwards, and even in parallel with the disks. 

On a few occasions I have curved the disks inwards to provide protective shells (the outermost disk in particular, can be as large as I wish, so it can also protect chakras outside the physical body and the entirety of my aura)

No doubt other possibilities exist: feel free to experiment - with protection, caution, and objectivity, but these exercises are only steps along the way to whatever lies in the future. 

PS - I often use protection to filter out disharmonious/discordant as well as nonBPM energies; that goes both ways - I filter whatever I send out - with the aid of my BPM Guides - to ensure I remove anything created by unconscious bias, shadow work yet to be done, etc. I have found these disks are particularly good at that.

Post No. 2,365 – This Week’s Psychic Weather Report and Work No. 0336

This shows that, this week: 

Overall, the world is BPM on the basis of area and population. Area BPM energy has decreased, but BPM population energy has increased. NonBPM influences have reduced slightly by population and massively by area.  

In more detail, compared to last time: 

  • - BPM influences are significantly stronger in: East, Central, and South Asia;   significantly weaker in:   southern Africa, the Southern Ocean, Central America, the East Pacific Ocean, and central & northern Africa;   and   have held everywhere else.
  • - nonBPM influences are significantly worse in:  mainland South East Asia, and South Asia;   significantly weaker in:   Australia, the Indian Ocean, the East Pacific Ocean, the North Atlantic Ocean, Europe, East Asia, and central Africa;   and   are the same everywhere else. 

Areas of energetic concern this week are:   none;   areas of concern this week for other reasons are:  the East European Plain, North America,  central and northern Africa, and West Asia;   and areas of particular  energetic strength are:   the Arctic, the North Atlantic Ocean, Indian Ocean, the Pacific Ocean, North America, Europe, and South Asia.

Where has the nonBPM gone? Are they rebuilding off-planet or in another dimension? The energy distribution suggests they are perhaps realigning by population. In the meantime, this is an opportunity to capitalise on.

There is an introduction / reminder / explanation about these posts here (and also see here for some investigation into evidence of the effectiveness of this type of work, which shows variability [and mentions causes] and cycles in the energetic/consciousness response), and some additional comments at the end of this post. Please also note that I hope this work will be taken up by a network of competent dowsers and BPM psychic warriors (also, this blog was created for spiritual reasons, including a course: this is just part of it). As you read this, consider this: how does one outflank an idea, or attack an emotion in the rear? It is as well to consider what those who are unbalanced could do to good ideas and emotions, as well as considering BPM ways to outflank or “attack in the rear” bad ideas/emotions. Also consider geopolitics, and this mapping exercise.

Remember, the meditation (see here, here, and here) consists of:

 - appropriate and responsible protection (see here, here, here), prayer and ritual (e.g., here) to establish and check protection (re-do or re-schedule, if you don’t feel safe and secure);

 - establish a personal connection to higher BPM influences;

 - flush one's aura with emerald green, royal blue and royal purple;

 - fill one’s Heart Chakra (and maybe one’s Earth Star, Solar Plexus, Third Eye and Crown Chakras) with emerald green, royal blue and royal purple; send a weave of three streams of this colour from the Chakra(s) to a visualisation of a gigantic, multi-faceted emerald (which has been created to facilitate networking of BPM workers) through your facet until you see your energy enlivening other areas of the emerald and can feel similar energies flowing back to you;

 - visualise the rune / bindrune (if given - or, on Sunday, the group of symbols provided);

 - generate  feelings of love, peace, joy and respect;

 - strengthen those feelings (energies);

 - radiate those energies to the world for nine to eighteen minutes;

 - close your chakras, centre yourself and close your aura, use the banishing version of the LBRP to close circle, ground and release all excess energy; and make sure you are grounded and closed down – eat, if you need to, or seek help from someone capable and trusted. As a final point, note that your BPM family of choice (i.e., friends - especially those outside this area of your life) and BPM family will help keep your life grounded - but they must be BPM: as the Wiccan  Rede says “With a fool no season spend, nor be counted as their friend”. Similarly, you should focus on all that you love in life outside this work at the end of a session - and, if you have nothing else, you must broaden your life for the sake of being balanced and thus capable (and seek expert help, if necessary); and
 - make sure you are yourself again - free of any lingering attachments or (misguided) ideas of being subservient, respectful of yourself and your integrity as you should be of others.

Important note: although I show the flow of energy using arrows, they are really - to continue the weather chart analogy - more like the passage of a frontal system as shown on a synoptic (“weather”) chart. Also, if I ever miss doing a Psychic Weather Report, I have posted a standard, fall-back, default version here, which I will update from time to time when needed.

It is also worth contemplating that one of the greatest weaknesses of those who oppose Balanced Positivity is the inherent pain, suffering and negativity of their aims and means – from the personal slights, insults and traumas left by the petty tyrant or autocrat, dictator or monarch or those oligarchs who are ruthless (some at least are not; some are BPM), through the social dislocation of the economic ideologue, to the long-lasting trauma, injury, death and desolation of society caused by those who use violence or war as a means to achieve power or impose their will. It may take time, but people WILL eventually realise what is not good, and will take action – which is why slavery is no longer ubiquitous, and why the march to freedom and democracy is underway – tentatively, and with backsliding and mistakes along the way, but inexorable nevertheless.

Post No. 2,363 - An Indication from the Global Consciousness Project of a need for help

Some time ago, I found a live 24-hour display of output from the Global Consciousness Project. The commentary on that site suggests that, if 4 - 6 hours are fairly consistently at the significantly high/low variance, then it is likely some event is underway that is affecting humanity's consciousness.

The current GCP output (the “dot”) that triggered this post is below.

These are critical moments, when a modest amount of effort can have an influence. Thus, I will meditating to determine what energetic action I should be taking, and then doing the work of this blog (clearing nonBPM nonphysical  units and BPM  strengthening of BPM units ) wherever it is needed.
