Post No. 2,625 - Recovering from a corporate life - Episode 19: the importance of time

PS - expect these to be edited fairly often. Writing these is part of the healing process, and will bring up more insights,etc.

A lot of recovery advice is do this, dont that, do the other, etc 

My experience is that the main thing is to take things easy - or easier than normal, do pleasant things - such as bushwalks or meditation (which, as I do it, is pleasant for me), reading, etc, but, above all else, give yourself - body, mind, and soul - the time needed to reset themselves

Ive done that over the last couple of months, and now am feeling comfortable about doing the more energetic things such as exercise, getting back up to speed with housework & gardening, etc ... and staring to resume my creative (especially writing) and activism activities. 

After I wrote that, I came across the following YouTube video, which is an interesting approach that I will use from now on (and is likely useful to everyone, in my opinion, not only those with ADHD)


Postscript

Having started to get the work trauma out of the way, there is still the trauma of a lifetime of abuse and undiagnosed health conditions, and I am now in a situation to start thinking about life purpose - as in, a reason for me to exist for myself, not as a conduit to support others. I have one ongoing purpose (the work that this blog is founded on), and can resume training for two interests (DEI, and politics) ... except I still don't have enough energy to do all those - and that is not helped by the far right extremists' attacks over anyone who is even the slightest bit different to them. 

So ... time for more reflection. 

PPS 

Those other traumas are hitting home quite sharply, now - as the poems on my creativity blog will attest. I've also come across one video which suggests recovery from autistic burn out can take years ... (six years in this case - which I can relate to, and suspect I am just starting ... and there is also this, which I suspected might have been fibromyalgia [family history]) In the meantime, I am aiming to simplify and de-stress my life as much as is feasible.

The Climate Crisis is real, urgent and existential!   Be Anti-Racist, Anti-Sexist, and Actively Inclusive in ALL Areas.

This week’s assessment is: 



This shows that, this week: 

the BPM are resisting the attack from 7th Oct and its flow-on energetic consequences, but the northern hemisphere still has a long way to go before the situation is anywhere near reasonable - and the nonBPM are extending their focus into South, Central, East, and South East Asia.

Saturday: this day will now be reserved for rest, recuperation and healing – of all those who are trying in a BPM way to make this planet a better place. 
May any and all healers who wish to contribute to this, take a few minutes to contribute to this goal on this day.

(The colours for the days are:   Sunday - gold,   Monday - grey,   Tuesday - orange,   Wednesday - green,   Thursday - blue,   Friday - violet.)

In addition, regarding all right wing/far right / white supremacist / misogynist / LGBTIQA+phobic / antisemitic / ableist etc extremists - wherever they may be, may: 

  • all nonBPM units be cleared away from those people, and all people/units  controlling those people or associated with or, controlled by, them; 
  • all nonBPM influences associated with those people, and all people/units controlling or associated with them, be BPM neutralised, BPM isolated, BPM reversed and utterly BPM undone - including protecting, healing, and strengthening all who have been harmed, including strengthening BPM connections to all people's Higher Selves, BPM  Guides and BPM  Matron/Patron Deities
  • all BPM people/units who are opposing such evil be protected, healed, and strengthened, and inspired and given every aid in their BPM work; 
  • all nonBPM influences be swamped, displaced, and replaced by all spaces/places/times/levels being filled with constructive BPM influences/units/aims; 
  • BPM influences/units/people be so prevalent that any future recurrence of such evils be absolutely prevented.

As you read this, consider this: how does one outflank an idea, or attack an emotion in the rear? It is as well to consider what those who are nonBPM could do to good ideas and emotions, as well as considering BPM ways to outflank or “attack in the rear” bad ideas/emotions. 

Also consider geopolitics, and this mapping exercise.

Remember, the meditation (see here, here, and here) consists of the following, and I suggest (that is NOT a rule - convenient times mean you are more likely to do this, and contribute to the wave of energy rolling around the planet) you do this at 9 pm your local time:

 - appropriate and responsible protection (see here, here, here), prayer and ritual (e.g., here) to establish and check protection (re-do or re-schedule, if you don’t feel safe and secure);

 - establish a personal connection to higher BPM influences;

 - flush one's aura with emerald green, royal blue and royal purple;

 - fill one’s Heart Chakra (and maybe one’s Earth Star, Solar Plexus, Third Eye and Crown Chakras) with emerald green, royal blue and royal purple; send a weave of three streams of these colours from the Chakra(s) to a visualisation of a gigantic, multi-faceted emerald (which has been created to facilitate networking of BPM workers) through your personal facet until you see your energy enlivening other areas of the emerald and can feel similar energies flowing back to you;

 - generate  feelings of love, peace, joy and respect;

 - strengthen those feelings (energies);

 - radiate those energies to the world for nine to eighteen minutes;

 - close your chakras, centre yourself and close your aura, use the banishing version of the LBRP to close circle, ground and release all excess energy; and then make sure you are grounded and closed down – eat, if you need to, or seek help from someone capable and trusted. As a final point, note that your BPM family of choice (i.e., friends - especially those outside this area of your life) and BPM family will help keep your life grounded. Similarly, you should focus on all that you love in life outside of this work at the end of a session - and, if you have nothing else, you must broaden your life for the sake of being balanced and thus capable (and seek expert help, if necessary);

and

 
- make sure you are yourself again - free of any lingering attachments or (misguided) ideas of being subservient, respectful of yourself & your integrity, just as you should be of others.

Important note: although I show the flow of energy using arrows, they are really - to continue the weather chart analogy - more like the passage of a frontal system as shown on a synoptic (“weather”) chart.

It is also worth contemplating that one of the greatest weaknesses of those who oppose Balanced Positivity is the inherent suffering of their aims and means. It may take time, but people WILL eventually realise what is not good, and will take action (e.g., this) – which, as an example, is why slavery is no longer ubiquitous, and why the march to freedom and democracy is underway – tentatively, and with backsliding and mistakes along the way, but inexorably nevertheless.

Also, if you’re interest is healing, I have set Saturdays aside for doing healing.

In addition, those interested in providing protection for others always have a place.

Post No. 2,622 - More on using spinning disks of energy

Some time ago I posted on a development of a visualisation to accompany, supplement or replace alternate nostril breathing - basically, spinning disks of colours associated with key chakras. 

I have continued using those, and have a couple of extra points to add:

  • I originally avoided having the disks overlap - in particular, I would try to make sure the disks didnt intersect the stems going into the chakras. However, some experimenting after I got a thought (thank you upstairs) confirmed that the different colours were such that I could, with the intention that they not impinge on each other, actually do this.
    This has led to more flexibility in how I visualise and use the disks - particularly when I curve them into domes, as shown in the cross sectional (like viewing the mid-section of an egg shell - the domes are three dimensional, and curve both forwards and backwards in to the central line) view below (note that the domes are, as with the disks, not on the same axis: each is on its own axis going through the chakra, but the disks can be larger - although I still nest them inside each other ... the top of the green and red disks is a little too high as I've drawn it)
 
  • I have also found I can pulse energy from the disks - when using like a drum - inwards as a way to cleanse and clear myself, my aura and my energy structures.

I hope this is of some use to others, but, perhaps more importantly, it illustrates the refinements and personalisations that can be made with a little experimentation for many techniques. 

Anyone who claims they have something that suits everyone is lying - possibly out of personal ignorance and/or arrogance, possibly because of PFD - or too limited life experience, possibly out of incompetence/ineptness, or possibly to scam others. Dont believe them.


Possible flaws 

Where I can, I will try to highlight possible flaws / issues you should consider:

  • there may be flawed logical arguments in the above: to find out more about such flaws and thinking generally, I recommend Brendan  Myers’ free online course “Clear and Present Thinking” 
  • I could be wrong - so keep your thinking caps on, and make up your own minds for yourself.
