I’m going to begin this with a reminder that the work of this blog is:
- clearing nonBPM nonphysical units (in a sense, doing the shadow work of the world), including doing spirit rescues,
and
- BPM strengthening of BPM units - some nonphysical, some incarnated people . . . and one of, if not the, best ways that is done is strengthening people's connection with their own Higher Self (which is possibly not what they interpret as their conscience).

The Climate Crisis is real, urgent and existential!
The Pandemic is Real, and Vaccinations save lives. Stay safe - wash your hands, practice social distancing and wear a face mask in public, and follow informed medical advice - and be considerate towards those at risk or in situations of vulnerability (including economic) while the COVID-19 pandemic is a problem.
Having made those points, here are some links that you, Dear Reader, may find of interest or value (articles by others unless stated otherwise):
- Content Warning: discussion on self harm, exorcism/demons. This week’s Dreamland episode gets into the differences between - in my terminology - BPM and nonBPM (the author’s terminology is clearly affected by his neochristian start to life - as he admits), including uncooperative entities and similar, and what to do about that - particularly staying positive and light-hearted (to which I would add protection). There are other topics, such as multiple Universes, phages/parasites, (false accusations of) Stockholm syndrome, time (including interactions with future selves), etc;
- from my political blog, my thoughts - after reading some I.F. Stone’s journalistic articles, on cracking the atom vs. cracking prejudice; on the Albanese Government’s possible transphobic bigotry; and on the moral failures of our approach to COVID;
- my thoughts, on Medium, on choosing work/a career in the context of trying to do good;
- other people’s thoughts, on Medium, on: the art of contemplation, “inconvenient truths about life most self-help gurus won’t admit”, cultivation is a better translation than meditation, from a review of a children’s book, another excellent Antoine de Saint-Exupéry comment: “Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add but when there is nothing left to take away”, “life lessons learned from watching kids on Netflix’s junior bake off”, and “being entitled to your opinion is not a defence for stupidity”;
- from my favourite Druid blogger: “discipline, discernment, and blogging schedules”;
- “empathic friends can provide the right kind of peer pressure”;
- this week’s “afterlife report” by the Zammits.
In preparation for tomorrow’s psychic weather report, I do a weekly summary of news links - every one of which is an opportunity to do the work of this blog, which I outlined at the start of this post. That can be accessed at:
