In nations with a neochristian background, this has become an utterly insane time of year, with rampant commercialism, compelled family interactions that are too often disastrous, and social behaviours that can be lethal. That is terrible - and an opportunity for those who can do clearing and healing to do work. (That also applies to others - I first came across the opportunity to be of service at this time of year when I was a volunteer at a phone counselling service, decades ago.)
As an example of what can be done, see this on line candle I lit - which includes a response to a spate of cars backing over children.
It is also important to look after oneself, and rest if needed - which means saying "no" to unwanted family and social events.
I'm aware that some, if not most, families enjoy each others company, and get on well - mine do: I'm also mindful of the reality that that doesn't apply to all families, and not all people have families - there are, for instance, some children still in the grip of neochristian institutions at this time of year.
