I have been catching up with some interesting online audio. One personal comment I'll add is that I have long considered a lot of medical gatekeeping a test of ability to articulate, rather than authenticity - and all of that is biased by the prejudices and bigotry imposed by social conditioning (especially under neoliberal governments).
