Post No. 609 - Psychic Weather Report 0006, and for Tonight's Meditation

As an introduction/reminder, “positive” (BPLF, or Balanced Positive) energies are mapped using purple, with purple double hatching for highest positive energies, and orange double hatching showing areas where this desirable energy is lowest (relative to other areas on the planet). “Negative” (non-BPLF, in the sense of unbalanced or unbalancing) energies are shown in red, with red hatching where this energy is strongest. The orange double hatched areas have a relatively greater need for BPLF energy to be sent to them, and the red hatched areas have a relatively greater need for clearing of negative (nonBPLF) energies. Also, when I refer to higher levels, I am mapping the impact being felt in this world from those levels, rather than the energies on those higher levels. (The mental and spiritual planes of reality are not as changeable as what I am showing in this exercise each week.) The energy maps and interpretations that I am giving are, of necessity, limited - I only have a certain amount of time and energy, and I am also limited by the large scale to which I am working. You should feel free to examine this information in greater depth – and to come up with your own assessment: as with everything else on this blog, I could be wrong (and I am NOT a particular expert dowser … ).

I have added something new this week: assessing how the helping/hindering influences are working, by looking at the Magickal Laws they are acting through.

Overall Assessment

There has been some appalling behaviour of late by our pollies: notably, the ban on travelling to countries affected by Ebola, and Lambie’s proposed ban on burqas - which even ASIO says is a bad idea. The scariest aspect of this? That they were elected ... What does that say about the Australian electorate?

That question is serious. I know many mature people (aka Old Souls) who find such idiotic behaviour difficult to understand, but they MUST do so, and also come to grips with the FACT that various Australian electorates voted these people in, before they can have a hope of changing Australians to be more balanced, mature and thoughtful people.

On this, and ‘lone wolf’ threats, the excellent Mr Waleed Aly has, as usual, some very good insights here.

Now, turning my attention overseas, I mentioned recently that it looked like there were elements of racism in the US population’s response to Ebola: this story seems to confirm that. This story provides a balanced view of the medical ethics involved for health workers.

Elsewhere, Turkey’s attempts to manipulate West into regime change run the risk of showing Turkey in a very poor light indeed if Kobane falls, but they are correct that this is part of a much larger conflict. On that, have the requirements for international (humanitarian) intervention been met? Can Syria be declared a ‘failed state’ to the extent that justifies military intervention to reduce or prevent atrocities? If not, or it is unclear, Turkey should stop prevaricating. If yes, the rest of the world should stop prevaricating.

Also, Mr Putin should get his military pulled in line a little more. It would be wise not to push the West over the Baltic States, or Poland on Ukraine, as the consequences could be catastrophic for all concerned - no matter how much he rattles his nuclear sabre. Others too have such sabres, and there are limits to the amount of provocation and bullying that will be accepted by others.

Looking at the charts, I wonder how much of the negativity is associated with negative associations (the "spooky" or scary theme) associated with Halowe'en. I also wonder the the Russian psychic operatives are fighting back on the etheric level ...

Looking at the divinations, we need healing, courage, and objectivity/perspective, to counter those who are holding back out of fear.

Psychic and spiritual

There is a relative deficit of BPLF spiritual energies in the South Atlantic and Arctic, and a relative need for clearing of unbalanced/unbalancing spiritual energies in Europe, East Asia and the Indian Ocean.

From my runic divination, the energies that are lacking are those of Sowelu, acting through the Etheric Magickal Principle of Energy –which is basically healing energies; and the energies needing to be cleared are Jera, acting through the Airy Magickal Principle of Distance, which amounts to holding off and waiting until problems arrive where one lives, rather than acting to help others with their problems and coincidentally perhaps prevent the problems arriving at all (which is a form of fear, basically).

Mental

There is a relative deficit of BPLF mental energies in South America, Saharan Africa and Central Asia, and a relative need for clearing of unbalanced/unbalancing mental energies in Australia, the Middle East and Central Asia.

From my runic divination, the energies that are lacking are those of inverted Algiz, acting through the Watery Magickal Principle of Harmony, which amounts to looking past boundaries to see unity – perhaps in the sense that we are all human; and the energies needing to be cleared are those of Yr, acting through the Fiery Magickal Principle of the Opposite Seed Within, which amounts to using balance as an excuse to cover fear of contact with negative energies out of fear that such will trigger something uncontrollable from within.

Astral

There is a relative deficit of BPLF astral energies in Antarctica, the Middle East and Central Africa, and a relative need for clearing of unbalanced/unbalancing astral energies in the Pacific and the Middle East.

From my runic divination, the energies that are lacking are Isa, acting through the Airy Magickal Principle of (Magickal) Distance, is calmness, dispassion and a focus on what binds us together, not what keeps us apart; and the energies needing to be cleared are Iar, acting through the Earthy Magickal Principle of Effect, which amounts to obstructions.

Physical and etheric

There is a relative deficit of BPLF etheric energies in Saharan Africa, and a relative need for clearing of unbalanced/unbalancing etheric energies in Russia (and Saharan Africa).

From my runic divination, the energies that are lacking are those of inverted Perthro, acting through the Watery Magickal Principle of Harmony, which is basically the calmness of self knowledge; and the energies needing to be cleared are those of Berkana inverted, acting through the Earthy Magickal Principle of Effect, which is turning away because one thinks one isn’t having an effect.
