Post No. 1,111 – Interconnections and ET connections

One of the aspects of this work that I find most frustrating is that all the various movements which are genuinely aiming to do good work tend to either be unaware of other movements, or to be wary of the others. Such wariness is not only ego: it can also cover genuine concerns about professionalism (e.g., how well such movements handle unstable people who come their way), as well as the unacknowledged problem of how well techniques “fit” individuals’ differing ways of working.
My ideal world is one is which these groups communicate politely, and pass people along rather than trying to force round pegs to fit square holes. Unfortunately, in this world of interconnectivity, humanness and its attendant issues is preventing that.
Ever since I came across the “1 million meditators” movement, I’ve had a (low priority) goal of trying to get these groups talking to each other, but I have to set priorities for my limited time and energy, so this may become a project for someone else.
As a reminder, this is the current version of the paragraph at the end of my Gnwmythr’s News posts:
Many others are very capably doing this type of work – for instance, the Lucis Trust's Triangles network (which has been running for many decades);   the Correllian Tradition's 'Spiritual War for Peace' (see also here, here, and here), the Hope, Peace, Love and Prosperity Spell (also from the Correllian Tradition, in around 2007 or 2008),   the Healing Minute started by the late, great Harry Edwards (running for decades);   the “CE 5  ET contact” movement started by Dr Steven M Greer, which is the one which appears to me to most capitalise on the teachings of “The Nine”,   the “Network of Light”  meditations;   the 1 Million Meditators movement,   and   also see here, here and here – even commercial organisations (for instance, see here), online groups (e.g. here and here – which I do not know the quality of) and even an app.   Thus, if you don't like what I am suggesting here, but want to be of service, there are many other opportunities for you – including secular opportunities: e.g., see here, here and here.
If I re-present that, the groups and links are:
Anyone want to have a go?
If you do, the following may perhaps be worth considering as a starting point for a basis of working together:
(1) although the details of techniques may vary, there are a wide range of groups and individuals who are genuinely, to the best of their ability, seeking to make this world a better, more peaceful place through meditation;
(2) whilst membership of these various groups is a matter of individual free will (choice), there may be some benefit in the groups communicating to some extent – for instance, for coordinated efforts for particular events;
(3) such communication should be polite, respectful (including not assuming US location or focus), and non-proselytising in order to be effective.
Moving on from that, I’ve used part of my recovery leave (ah, the joys of “TOIL” – Time Off In Lieu [of paid overtime]) to do some research, and have come across Bob Lazar – possibly again, as the name rings a bell. However, this time I’ve perused his claims a little more closely (starting with this online video), and am actually quite impressed with the descriptions of how (one type of) UFO work, and the impression I have is that they are correct (for that type of craft).
I am a bit staggered that the description was publicised back in the late 1980s.
That also led me back to the work of Dr Steven M Greer, accessible currently via the Sirius Disclosure website and a Vimeo channel. He has also had an app developed, which is great for those who have so-called “smart” phones, and useless for those of us who don’t (I’ll try to contact Dr Greer to see if the older tools can still be bought).
The clincher for me on that website was that another monthly even is happening early next year where people are making some sort of coordinated effort to connect with extraterrestrials through meditating for peace, and I found a strong, active and quite widespread network through it – in fact, that network has been one of the biggest sources of hope and inspiration for me for many years, and helped me decide to try writing the above.
It will be interesting to see where this network goes, and I am looking forward to me participation in it. I’ll let you, Dear Reader, know how I go :)
Next, a few cross posts:
  • my latest YouTube video (on psychic soup and world peace) is here;
  • I post some more thoughts on the North Korean crisis on my political blog here; and
  • I’ve come across a few meditation techniques which others may find useful here (although I’m doubtful of some of the background – which doesn’t necessarily make the tool less valid) and here.
Finally, the CE 5 techniques work, in my experience, very well with the alternate nostril  breathing exercise that I’ve been using since I was a teenager (in the last millennium … ): that is one of the best things I ever came across in Lobsang Rampa’s books.

Post No 670 - Themes of Millennia

My dreaming has been more intense, of late. Last night I relived being a prisoner of the Romans at the time of the invasion of Britain, and, at my execution, the sword was cold against my neck - which I felt last night. More importantly, for this post, was what that death did to me: it made me determined to never go through that experience again. Unfortunately, I had a short term view of what that meant, and spent the next millennia improving my ability to physically fight as a warrior (that also led to my first life in engineering, as - ironically, perhaps - a Roman soldier). By the time I finally had achieved that, around a millennia later, I had also started to realise - or, perhaps, to remember, given my earlier lives as shamaness, Druid, etc - that there were more important areas to fight battles in: areas of ethics and spirituality, and I commenced a cycle of lives that, broadly speaking, has aimed at developing what has been termed "spiritual warriorship". This included a life as in a Tibetan monastery (not like the descriptions given in Lobsang  Rampa's books), a good life as a "herbwoman" in Portugal (killed prematurely by the careless of someone who is an annoying young person in this life - someone who still has to learn her lesson from that life), and a few others of less success, including one in a European nunnery.

There were other lives along the way - a Union soldier in the US Civil War, a wife and mother in American wilderness of the 1700s (which included polyamory, and was a return to my old love of growing plants, a love that started in my lives as a shaman/shamaness in hunter-gatherer societies, and eased my transition into agricultural life - and manifests as a love of both the wild bush and nurturing plants now, not that I have much of either, sadly), a sailor on a submarine in the first world war which went down and didn't come back up, a life as a night fighter pilot, and now this life. There has been another theme in the last few centuries, and that is that, if you cannot be part of a good and effective group, it is better to go your own way. More can be done as part of an effective group, but many groups are not, and do massive damage to themselves, their members, and other people and places. Better to be solo, and limited in capacity to do good, than to do great harm. Of course, there is also the option of being effective as an individual, which many people do not even think of, and shows a complete lack of awareness of what each of us is capable of. (I've started work on a post showing the power of one person to influence matters, but am not satisfied with what I've written yet - and other materials are basically just platitudes, so it may be some time seeing the light of day.)

There is another aspect to this: karma.

I was in that situation in Britain, two millennia ago, because of what I had done earlier, in Egypt. What goes around, comes around.

Of course, that also applies to groups, and I have concerns about the current enthusiasms of some towards 'transhumanism'. That could potentially be good, but it could also potentially be bad, both in terms of what it does to society (e.g., see here), and the potential for abuse by criminals, materialists, etc. And that's without going into the lessons of Atlantis (whether the place existed or not, there are lessons in the myths  Lobsang  Rampa is probably the best source of information on that). Not one advocate for this that I have met, has had the personal and spiritual sophistication necessary to ensure transhumanism is safely implemented.

In the meantime, I have personal lessons to continue with, and my spiritual work to progress (alone, at the moment, since I don't know anyone with the interest and capability to work seriously on those goals), and things like dreams to sort out.

On that, one aspect of the dream didn't ring true: the impression that the sword was, surprisingly to me at the time, bronze. It was the typical gladius, not a ritual knife, but, last night, I had the impression that it was bronze. Human sacrifice had been banned a century earlier, but I know the Romans did kill prisoners of war. Maybe what was used wasn't a Roman sword. Ah well, a minor mystery to sort out - and I'll be able to recall clearly when I do eventually pass over, if I haven't sorted it out before then.

I started this blog to cover karmic regression-rescue (see here and here), and it grew ... See here for my group mind project, here and here for my "Pagans for Peace" project (and join me for a few minutes at some time between 8 and 11 PM on Sunday, wherever you are, to meditate-clear for peace), and here for my bindrune kit-bag. I also strongly recommend learning how to flame, ground and shield, do alternate nostril breathing, work with colour, and see also here and be flexible.

I am a Walker upon the Path of Balanced Positivity, seeking Spiritual Maturity.

  • Presuming that everyone has, or wants, a smartphone is discriminatory, unspiritual, and downright stupid.
  • Our entire life experience, with all the many wondrous and varied people, places and events in it, is too small a sample for statistical reliability about Life.

  • My favourite action movie of all time is "Gandhi", although I've recently come across "Invictus" and might put that one in to that category. However, I loathe the stereotypical action movie - and, for similar reasons, I loathe many dramas, which are often emotionally violent, more so in some cases than many war films.
  • All of the above - and this blog - could be wrong, or subject to context, perspective, or state of spiritual evolution ...

Human dignity is the inherently cumulative holistic combination of human rights, wellbeing and potential, and all actions or interaction which promote, realise or facilitate same. The converse also applies: whatever degrades, diminishes or robs humans of dignity, is inherently undignified.

The “purpose” of spiritual evolution is not the attainment of “spiritual perfection” - not in the sense of not having to evolve further, at any rate, since there is no such thing. We need to evolve in order to grow - but we can take rest breaks (hopefully well earned :) ) along the way. No, the “purpose” of evolution is, rather, to perfect our ability to learn, and thus grow.

Post No. 472 - Ban the dream interpretation industry ... and speculation on "humours"

Nice, provocative title, isn't it - "ban the dream interpretation industry"? (I added the bit about humours later, after I had started this ...) Of course, I am rather reluctant to ban anything, but I DO consider that the ubiquitous idiotic bloody notion that dreams (see here and here [2] for more on dreams) are "messages from our subconscious" (see here and here [2]) needs to be reined in.

Dreams are mostly garbled memories of astral travel (see here and here [2] and here, and quite a few places in Lobsang Rampa's books).

We are ALL more than just blood and bone and electrical impulses: we also have a non-physical body (well, several, actually), and when we sleep, not only do the body recharge and the brain reset (is that like the urban myth of having to turn smart phones off once a week? :) ), our spirit renews itself by going back to the astral - well, those who have evolved before a bare minimum do at any rate.

The ubiquitous view that dreams are not that actively ROBS us of so much of our birthright -  not just the chance to sensibly use precognition (which I have written about elsewhere  see here, here), but also the chance to develop lucid dreaming (see here and here: it basically means becoming aware of the fact that you are dreaming while you are dreaming, and thus being able to direct your "dream"), and thus exercise and develop a key part of our psychic potential, the part that will be most directly used when we pass over. And how stupid it is to pass that opportunity over.

Naropa talks of what can be done here in one of his yoga's (see here [2] and here), as does Joan Grant in her books (particularly "Winged Pharaoh"), but also Katherine  Kerr's book "The Black Raven", which I am currently reading, hints at the work required to master working with your dreams.

And maybe that's the problem - the work. We are a lazy lot, generally, and someone saying "hey it's OK, you don't have to do anything, just listen/read this and this is what it all means"(i.e. - dream interpretation - which I have NEVER encountered with ANY sort of statement or inference that something needs to be done) is probably going to have wider appeal than someone saying "hey, that actually means something significant, and things may NOT be OK, so you might have to get off your backside and do something about something" - which is what this and my related posts are about. (Post Script - maybe that is why so many people have a problem accepting things like psychic attack ... the world is a simpler, less scary place if all you have to focus on is your own growth needs, rather than also taking into consideration the fact that we all impact on each other - not just for bad, also for good - and, at higher levels of reality, we really are all connected together ... )

On that point of work, don't forget: tonight (i.e. Sunday) at 9 PM (my apologies - the 9-30 PM was in error) your time, let's meditate on peace.

I've added the main topic of this post to my signature block, in the "provocative quotations" section.

There's another topic from Katherine  Kerr's book "The Black Raven" that I am thinking about: that of the ancient idea of "humours" in relation to health. This goes back to the Ancient Greek (and older) idea of the world being created from four elements, which seems to be the basis of the four worldly elements (plus aether) used in much modern Western magickal work (also see here, and follow the discussions through), but was also used in medicine up to the Middle Ages (see here, and here). Now, there is no doubt in my mind that modern medicine addresses physical health FAR better than medical theory from a few hundred years ago, but I wonder if there is something from the humours theory of medicine that could be applied to the health of our etheric body? After all, I consider that to be where our meridians are mainly connected to, and the Asian idea of the five elements (see here, here, here and here) explains what is happening with those quite well ...

Just another thought :)

Don't forget: tonight, 9 PM (my apologies - the 9-30 PM was in error).

  • One of the basics of serious spiritual / psychic work is that the greatest work is that which we do on ourself, which seems trivial to many. Our own Innermost Essence, which is our Higher Self / Soul / Spirit, has the power to do so much, and is actively participating in the creation and sustenance of this physical reality. Some mote of our conscious or unconscious knows that, which is why we seem inclined to be dismissive of Self Mastery - which is a bit like the child who sees an adult spending money to buy toys, and fails to recognise the daily grind of work which has led to having the money.

Post No. 412 - Thoughts from the day of Tiw

In the 1970s a book was published: "Briefing for the Landing on Planet Earth" by Stuart Holroyd [2], about the ("alleged") contact between aliens and Andrija Puharich, Phyllis V. Schlemmer and Sir John Whitmore.I've written elsewhere about this book (for instance, here), but what is less well known is that Australia had a similar group, inspired by the events that Stuart Holroyd wrote about. The Australian group, based in Melbourne and led by Ian Gordon, wrote a book titled "The Andronicus Tapes" (pub. Andronicus Foundation, Melbourne, 1983, ISBN 0 9592570 0 4).

I had Ian come and talk to a development group I ran in the late 1980s, and he is still active (his website is here), but with a strong Christian-like bent. Now, that bias is something I noticed, albeit to a lesser extent, with Phyllis V. Sclemmer. In Holroyd's book, a comment is made to the effect that the entity coming through has to use the words that in the medium's brain - which is something that can be traced as far back as the work of Frenchman Alan Kardec, in "The Spirits Book", I think - from memory. Given that, could the use and apparent emphasis on a male God, and Christian iconography, actually be due to the limitations of the medium(s) and sitters? What would happen should such an entity be channelled by, say, ... a pagan? Would sitters be chastised for assuming that Deity is male?

Another matter that I've been thinking about is a prediction that Lobsang Rampa (who, incidentally, is actually one of the first sources I can find about the Nine, dating back to 1971) made, which is that the world would be swept by a "form of communism" that was not so rough as the "original" versions in Russia and China. Could that actually be the invasive security theatre measures introduced since 9/11? (Have a look at Bruce Schneier's writings if you think that term is too harsh, or if you think that the current security measures are the best - or even an effective - way of dealing with terrorist threats. See also here and here.) It's nowhere near as limiting and harsh as the Russian and Chinese systems, but it does involve compulsorily allowing "Big Brother" to snoop into our lives and control how we move around and, to some extent, interact, and being different to the norm can be a problem, and people are keeping a suspicious eye on each other ...

It's either that, or Facebook ... :)
