More seriously than my opening remark, there are prejudices arising from ubiquitous and FALSE ideas/"values"/mores around weight which need to be changed - for the sake of the health, particularly mental/emotional, of those who have the false ideas. In particular, the benefits of being physically active are not acknowledged:
As someone who has done quite a bit of lobbying on human rights issues, including LGBTIQ issues and Amnesty campaigns in support of political prisoners who have suffered things including being committed to asylums for their political beliefs, I consider this article is worth reading and thinking about.
