Post No. 2,261 - Healing the effects of psychic attack / control

One of the matters I have written a fair bit about is psychic attack, including detecting attack, clearing  units being used for psychic attack, and protection.

And those are all topics I want to write more about, but one I haven’t even started yet despite wanting to (for decades) is:

how does recover from having been subjected to psychic attack?

Now, I cannot possibly even conceive of covering all that is required with this (although my “healing casualties” post was probably a start). Psychic attack is a gross personal violation on many levels that is akin to being sexually assaulted on multiple levels (as, for that matter, is sexual assault.

And that is the first point. If you need to, think you might need to, or someone suggests you should, then:

get competent, expert medical help – and genuinely apply their advice and guidance, or at least genuinely try it out.

Prevention is another preliminary that needs to be considered. That includes:

  • exercise responsibility by avoiding unnecessary exposure to psychic risks (without hiding or paranoid avoidance – there are times you need to face up to some problems – e.g., when doing shadow work):

  • don’t deliberately go into situations that are psychically dangerous, if you can avoid it (and things like rescue should always be done remotely from a safe place [unless there is a genuine, ego-free, not-resulting-from-a-rigid-mental-preconception reason]).

  • For this to work, you have to get over the tendency many people have of, when told to avoid something because of a risk, wondering “how do I know it’s a risk? Maybe I should go just to see?” Ask your BPM Guides to help get you over that lack of faith problem ASAP;

  • be wary of incompatibilities rather than being focused on evil, as it is the former that is most frequently the problem;

  • protection and psychic strength

  • apply the protection within and without;

  • multiple levels and all directions and times;

  • pre-arrange warning signals with your BPM  Guides – e.g., having someone wearing a particular colour do something (I gave a flippant example of that in this post);

  • work (on multiple levels, and in multiple ways) to change the world to reduce the occurrence of bystander effect, which means you and others may well find assistance when they need it.

Next, minimise the damage:

  • detect the psychic attack as early as is possible:

  • pay attention to comments from and concerns of your friends

  • exercise what divination techniques you can use on yourself (ask: “how is my personal sovereignty and integrity doing?”);

  • minimise the ongoing effect by:

  • boosting your protection – including asking for help, and using undetectability and diversion as much as is possible;

  • commencing clearing as quickly as possible;

  • boosting your nonphysical health, strength and wellbeing as much as is possible;

  • aim to reap the benefit of your – hopefully – prior work on changing the world to reduce bystander effect.

Now, having covered those preliminaries, there are two other posts I consider you should read:

In terms of recovery, the two major steps are probably:

  • first aid responses (in a sense, “stopping the bleeding”), on all levels:

  • stop doing anything of the type that created the problem in the first place;

  • aim deliberately to develop good discipline around protection and nonphysical health, strength, and wellbeing;

  • seek healing from others;

  • then addressing the scarring, on all levels:

  • develop a habit of good discipline around protection and nonphysical health, strength, and wellbeing;

  • continue to seek healing from others regularly;

  • go back to first principles with your personal (spiritual) growth, including consideration of:

  • your extent, now and before, of social and psychic connectedness, and what your Higher Self considers those should be;

  • you confidence and faith in goodness, including whether it needs restorative work, and reflection on it possibly now being more nuanced and balanced;

  • only resume your psychic practices when you consider yourself able to, and a third party with adequate experience and skill to give an expert opinion also freely agrees.

Throughout this process, pay attention to what your friends and the psychic experts you know say. They’re not as invested in your goals as you are, but they are invested in you and your wellbeing – maybe even more so than you, in the case of your friends.

And get and genuinely follow (or at least genuinely try) competent, expert medical help. Your soul is eternal: there is no rush, and, in fact, you may make surer and faster progress in the long term by progressing more slowly and carefully now.

PS - you may also find good advice from guidance offered to Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) and empaths, but apply independent checks (i.e., your friends and psychic experts) to whether using that guidance is helping or not.
