As first mentioned in this preview post, this was interesting, and it’s potentially a very important basis for starting to come to terms with what some of the ETs are like “at home”, and maybe weeding out some of the rubbish - especially the disinfo/misinfo, and ... setting some long term goals for humanity.

Following that post, I went through the presentation more carefully, and prepared the following partial notes. They’re partial as they’re based on what interested me: if you want to get the benefit of all the presentation, you will need to watch it - and note that the slides are, while it is public, downloadable.
INTRO
Everything is connected
Explained difference between mental mediumship and trance channelling - which is accepted as real by 74% of 488 societies around the world
~65% of trance channellers attribute to Higher Self, 14 other sources including ETs by around 36% (multiple sources must have been listed by each channeller)
Can’t prove ETs are source, so examine content of channelling
BACKGROUND (METHODOLOGY)
Three papers used:
(1) compared 6,000 pages of material attributed to ETs with >750,000 pages of material on UFODex database (of which no more than ~1% could be channelled), had moderate to high correspondence - highest on disclosure, time, psychic abilities, and communication. doi link given to paper. Couldn’t question channellers, so moved to generating new content under controlled circumstances.
(2) in 30 standardised sessions, asked 3 experienced trance channellers the same 28 questions covering 7 conceptual domains (home & population, biology & life cycle, society & communication; space, time & energy, inter-ET relations, relationship to humanity, ESP) about 10 ET “groups” (civilisations/societies): Pleiadeans, Arcturians, Sirians, Andromedans, Antareans, Lyrans, Orions, Anunnaki, Draco, Greys. Found high correspondences between channellers for various ETs. Also deeper analysis which found all ETs agreed
(i) consciousness is ontologically primary;
(ii) time is non-linear;
(iii) energy is abundant - limits are ethical, not technical;
(iv) telepathy is foundational method of communication; (v) humanity is transitioning.

Presentation is different to peer reviewed technical papers. Interviews had profound effect, and thought about world is built on more altruistic fundamental values / hopeful themes of the more awakened civilisations. Ignored issue of where this came from to consider the content.
Acknowledged terrible situation of the world now that still have to be looked at, but this is to propose something to move towards - Charles Eisenstein book “The More Beautiful World Our hearts Envision is Possible”.
Noted evidence for effect of intent and consciousness.
Included a guided meditation/focusing of attention.
(1) Consciousness first
Divinity is the same consciousness we are all made of - no external Deity. Discussed the ethical implications of that (harm no-one - harming another is “incoherent”, and cooperate).
(2) No economic system
Create objects using power of mind. Use telekinesis to move matter so they have the experience of building something.
Nobody lacks anything, there is nothing to trade or fight over (having to pay for drink or food is a sacrilege). Vision is of an Earth where everyone has their needs met without having to work for it - no wages, debt, rent, prices, or poverty. (Reminded me of the original anti-corporation “Star Trek” TV series of the 1960s, which had no money.)
Discussed the “well why would anyone work” idiocy:
when necessity is handled, what is left is art, ceremony, mentorship, and delight (a couple of engaging examples given - and can teleport, but choose to walk because it is delightful, and can meet friends along the way).
People can manifest more if they want, but basic needs of everyone are met. No fighting over energy or other resources.
WASN’T ALWAYS LIKE THIS - the change to their current better state took, in some cases, “thousands and thousands” of years.
Asked about Earth: we have access to free energy, but is being manipulated/controlled/suppressed. (Brings Dr Greer’s statements on this to mind.) Most don’t have the notion of (resource) possession that afflicts so many non-Indigenous societies.
Re-acknowledged do not have evidence to confirm source.
(3) Relationships
Have conflicts, but disagreements are not reasons to become violent - conflicts are mediated. No formal government.
Oneness is not sameness - analogy of various types of trees in a forest. Are proud of diversity and protect it.
Are born knowing who they are - have memories. Child care is predominantly communal. Education sound quite Montessori - don’t indoctrinate into one way of thinking, attune their strengths in a system that supports, does not force.
Live for hundreds of years - don’t have degenerate ageing, Arcturians become androgynous elders. Choose to leave body.
Earth:
whales and dolphins are on Councils and report on Earth’s energetic fields (those fields are the main areas of work I do with ETs) - Pleiadean children brought here to learn from cetaceans and ETs who are here.
Earth and Sun are both sentient (referred to a Rupert Sheldrake paper on sentience of Sun).
DON’T GIVE UP ON REPAIRING EARTH. ETs clear PTSD from humans, animals, AND ECOSYSTEMS. Greys said to be repairing their devastated world.
(4) The Road to Harmony
Not all completely positive, but for most the negativity was in the past (almost none claimed had always been peace loving and harmonious) - went through a transition to where they are now. Even groups with the worst reputations had come from somewhere harder.
Read a quote about this in the context of how the Galactic Federation came to be. Millions of other planets went through what we are in, we will be better hundreds of year in the future.
Mapped the civilisations into:
- service-oriented / integrated (Pleiadeans, Arcturians, Sirians, Andromedans, Antareans, Lyrans) - source of the hopeful themes
- stratified / hierarchical (Orions, Anunnaki, Draco, Greys)
Horrible behaviours were mentioned in these interviews - such as slavery, armies, prisons, conquest. However, none about nature of reality (consciousness as primary, oneness, telepathy): what differed was how power was held, and what they considered they could do with it.
Hierarchical described as “reforming”, and spent some time examining that - e.g., a faction that, with help, reduced its ability to control and worked on learning empathy. Nobody is written off. Greys apologised for abductions, said they are coming into emotions like shame, referred to having been enslaved by their AI and of being desperate because of limited gene pool.
The “turning around” process comprises:
(1) deprogramming,
(2) being received rather than punished,
(3) relearning feeling especially empathy,
(4) unlearning coercion,
(5) recovering losses, and
(6) making amends.
The apology is last - it is what turning around produces, not where it begins.
(Need to remember that channellers could influence message, and there is a possibility that the presenter, who conducted the interviews, could also have influenced the message without being aware of having done so - which is one of several possible errors in channelling analysed by Stuart Holroyd in Chapter Nine of “Briefing for the Landing on Planet Earth”. In her favour, the presenter is also an experienced channeller.)
Consider they are a reflection of us, and that we have many things they used to (one comment was that viewed prisons as barbaric, not productive).
Said need to be intentful about how work with AI.
Telepathy is ordinary, and innate in humans although often dormant.
Presenter summarised as good vision for humanity, and that intention is the mechanism for us to achieve it: “Take back your power”. Finished with an inspiring final quote from the ETs, and were some questions from chat.

Atria Books, 2017, ISBN-13 978-1501115561; Simon & Schuster, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, Apple Books, Boomerang Books, Amazon) is one such book - but one that is focused on the ability to use focused intent to do good.
