Post No. 1,493 - Explainer for face-to-face group work

This is for people in northern Melbourne. If I get enough interest, for personal reasons I will also need to find a place to work in, rather than using my home.

Hi, I’ve been involved in psychic and spiritual matters for nearly half a century. A lot of that has been individual work, but I’ve also been taught in and run workshops and various groups. For the last few years, family and work demands have stopped me doing any group work, but I would like to get back into that.
Probably my biggest passion has been working for human rights and peace on a worldwide scale, and that is what I would like to focus on this work. There’ll be no deliberate or purposeful general teaching or development or healing, and I urge anyone who wants to come along for personal gain to look elsewhere.
I’m currently considering three approaches:
(1) focusing on generating “positive” energies through meditation;
(2) clearing negative or discordant energies; or
(3) a combination of both (which, at this stage, is my preference).
So that know what each of these would involve, I’ve given you some basic notes below.If, after reading this, you consider what is proposed compatible with your ethics and are interested, have time, and live not too far away, please contact me via the contact page on this site.

Please note that this approach is not all that is required for the world to be a better place: activism in the physical world is also required - see here, here and here, here, and, of course, here.

Firstly, my world view is that reality has a non-physical component (etheric, astral, etc), that people exist on that non-physical component, and that physical and non-physical influence each other to some extent, as described, for instance, in Lyall Watson’s book “Supernature” (Sceptre, 2013, ISBN 978-1-444-77857-1; 1st pub. Hodder & Stoughton, 1973, London; Amazon) and Lynne McTaggart’s more recent “The Power of Eight” (Atria [Simon & Schuster], New York, 2017, ISBN 978-1-501-11556-1; Amazon). My views have been influenced by Buddhism and a range of other paths, which I’ve written about at https://gnwmythr.blogspot.com/p/about-me.html.
That interaction / influence goes both ways, and can be “positive”, or “negative”.
I’ve defined my views of positive as “balanced positive, spiritually mature”, which I abbreviate to BPM and you can find out more about from http://gnwmythrsglossary.blogspot.com/2015/12/bpm.html.

I wrote a fairly long explanation of the type of work at https://gnwmythr.blogspot.com/2015/04/post-no-692-explanations-for-weekly.html, but, before reading that:
  • ‘clearing’ means to use positive (‘spiritually constructive’) energy to dissolve, negate or remove something which is negative (‘spiritually destructive’), and I’ve got links to a bunch of writing I’ve done on that at https://gnwmythrsglossary.blogspot.com/2014/08/clearing.html. (For those familiar with the technique often described as “cutting the ties that bind”, my view is that it is better and safer to dissolve the entire link with loving energy [a bit like the “expecto patronumspell from the Harry Potter series] than to cut it.)
Clearing could be of links, energies, astral thought forms/objects, etc (which I was taught to collectively term “units”).
This can also be used - as a form of healing - to strengthen BPM units - good people who are trying to do well, good places, good “units” generally. This overlaps with the “meditation” techniques I’ll describe.
On that, it is very important to not to be overwhelmed by this sort of work: look after yourself, do it in manageable chunks, and this article reminds us to be patient and persistent, like a “speeding oak”.
Although I don’t intend to include it in this work, I also do rescues of earthbound entities. These are a very small proportion of people who died who “got stuck” when their physical body died,

The meditation technique I generally use (see here, here, and here) consists of:
 - appropriate and responsible protection (see here, here, here), prayer and ritual (e.g., here) to establish and check protection (re-do or re-schedule, if you don’t feel safe and secure);
 - establish a personal connection to Higher BPM influences;
 - flush one's aura with emerald green, royal blue and royal purple;
 - fill one’s Heart Chakra (and maybe one’s Earth Star, Solar Plexus, Third Eye and Crown Chakras) with emerald green, royal blue and royal purple; send a weave of three streams of this colour from the Chakra(s) to a visualisation of a gigantic, multi-faceted emerald (which has been created to facilitate networking of BPM workers) through your facet until you see your energy enlivening other areas of the emerald and can feel similar energies flowing back to you;
 - visualise the rune / bindrune (if given);
 - generate  feelings of love, peace, joy and respect;
 - strengthen those feelings (energies);
 - radiate those energies to the world for nine to eighteen minutes;
 - close your chakras, centre yourself and close your aura, use the banishing version of the LBRP to open circle, ground and release all excess energy; and make sure you are grounded and closed down – eat, if you need to, or seek help from someone capable and trusted.
I’ve written more about this here here here (here and here are interesting) here, here here.
As you read all this, consider this: how does one outflank an idea, or attack an emotion in the rear? It is as well to consider what those who are unbalanced could do to good ideas and emotions.
There has been some research into this type of work. In addition to Lynne McTaggart, see http://www.treurniet.ca/GCP/Expts/Nexus/nexus.htm.

Finally, this group is not aiming to “prove” anything, and, if you disagree with any of this, you should look elsewhere for an opportunity to work. There are quite a few other opportunities these days, including:
the Lucis Trust's Triangles network (running for many decades);     the Correllian Tradition's 'Spiritual War for Peace' (see also here, here, and here), the Hope, Peace, Love and Prosperity Spell (also from the Correllian Tradition, in around 2007 or 2008),     the Healing Minute started by the late, great Harry Edwards (running for decades);     the “CE 5  ET contact“ movement started by Dr Steven M Greer,     the “Network of Light”  meditations;     the 1 Million Meditators movement,     and     also see here, here and here – even commercial organisations (for instance, see here), online groups (e.g. here and here – which I do not know the quality of), secular opportunities: e.g., see here, here and here, and even an app

For those who might be interested, I've written a couple of short stories about the sort of work I do, which can be found here and here - although I normally work either alone, or through astral only contact with others. What I have in mind for this group will not be as formal as the grup written about in those stories, which is aimed at getting ex-military people involved in positive psychic work.

Post No. 1,492 - A Wish

I have to say I am getting a hankering to do some face to face work with students and people who want to work energetically to make the world a better place.

Sadly, I would probably have to be on faceplant to make those sort of connections through social media, and I won't do that for ethical reasons.

So . . . maybe a small ad at a local bookshop . . .

We'll see what will be.

Post No. 1,490 – Psychic work this week

My approach this week will be (incidentally, if you disagree, please use your own interpretations, or your own divinations [see the monthly :World Psychic Predictions / Remote Viewing" here for an example of other approaches):
  • Sunday: the purpose of this day’s work is, mainly, to build a reserve of BPM energy to call upon during the coming week. In addition to the meditation / clearing work described below, I will also be working on making sure I, my crystals and my other tools / devices are as fully charged with BPM energy as I can make them (which is something I have posted about elsewhere, but may post more about in the near future):
     - clear nonBPM units from, and send BPM energy to all the oceans of the world, and to all actual and potential BPM Leaders, for all humans to recognise the essential shared humanness of other people, all BPM Interrupters of violence / hate / fear / anger, and for all humans to choose to live modestly;
  • Monday:
     - clear nonBPM units from, and send BPM energy to all of Africa;
  • Tuesday:
     - clear nonBPM units from, and send BPM energy to South, Central and North America;
  • Wednesday:
     - clear nonBPM units from, and send BPM energy to South, Central, East, and all of South East Asia, and Australia;
  • Thursday:
     - clear nonBPM units from, and send BPM energy to Europe, European Russia, and West Asia;
  • Friday:
     - clear nonBPM units from, and send BPM energy to the US Senate, POTUS45, Putin, and the leaders of central Africa and the UK;
  • Saturday: this day will now be reserved for rest, recuperation and healing – of all those who are trying in a BPM way to make this planet a better place, not only of myself and those who are sharing this work. I ask that any and all healers who wish to contribute to this, take a few minutes to contribute to this on this day.
This week’s bindrune is:
Routine Explanation / commentary
There is an introduction / reminder / explanation about these posts here (and also see here for some investigation into evidence of the effectiveness of this type of work, which shows variability [and mentions causes] and cycles in the energetic/consciousness response), and some additional comments at the end of this post. Please also note that I hope this work will be taken up by a network of competent dowsers and BPM psychic warriors (also, this blog was created for spiritual reasons, including a course: this is just part of it).
As you read this, consider this: how does one outflank an idea, or attack an emotion in the rear? It is as well to consider what those who are unbalanced could do to good ideas and emotions, as well as considering BPM ways to outflank or “attack in the rear” bad ideas/emotions. Also consider geopolitics, and this mapping exercise.
Remember, the meditation (see here, here, and here) consists of:
 - appropriate and responsible protection (see here, here, here), prayer and ritual (e.g., here) to establish and check protection (re-do or re-schedule, if you don’t feel safe and secure);
 - establish a personal connection to Higher BPM influences;
 - flush one's aura with emerald green, royal blue and royal purple;
 - fill one’s Heart Chakra (and maybe one’s Earth Star, Solar Plexus, Third Eye and Crown Chakras) with emerald green, royal blue and royal purple; send a weave of three streams of this colour from the Chakra(s) to a visualisation of a gigantic, multi-faceted emerald (which has been created to facilitate networking of BPM workers) through your facet until you see your energy enlivening other areas of the emerald and can feel similar energies flowing back to you;
 - visualise the rune / bindrune (if given);
 - generate  feelings of love, peace, joy and respect;
 - strengthen those feelings (energies);
 - radiate those energies to the world for nine to eighteen minutes;
 - close your chakras, centre yourself and close your aura, use the banishing version of the LBRP to open circle, ground and release all excess energy; and make sure you are grounded and closed down – eat, if you need to, or seek help from someone capable and trusted.
Important note: although I show the flow of energy using arrows, they are really - to continue the weather chart analogy - more like the passage of a frontal system as shown on a synoptic chart. Also, if I ever miss doing a Psychic Weather Report, I have posted a standard, fall-back, default version here, which I will update from time to time when needed.
Irrespective of this assessment, however, please join us in trying to make sure that the Shield of Hope area formed by (part or all of) the South Atlantic Ocean, Southern and Eastern Africa (including both sources of the Nile), the Indian sub-continent (including the Himalayas) and the Indian Ocean, shown outlined in gold on this week’s energy map, consistently has BPM energy at or above 7 by the time Neptune leaves Pisces, on around 30th March, 2025 (a date which has an eclipse the day before). If you wish to do a little more coordinated action on a positive strategic front, I'm also planning on routinely sending BPM energy to Hong Kong, Tunisia, and Mexico, which show potential as "outposts of the BPM” and I wish to encourage their change for the better, and through the Red Sea and Suez Canal to the Mediterranean Sea and the Black Sea.
I have a simplified blogiography of posts related to this work here, a list of themes I have identified here, and my changing the personality of oppressors and other world leaders post is here. It is also worth contemplating that one of the greatest weaknesses of those who oppose Balanced Positivity is the inherent pain, suffering and negativity of their aims and means – from the personal slights, insults and traumas left by the petty tyrant, autocrat, dictator/monarch or those oligarchs or politicians who are ruthless (some at least are not; some are BPM), through the social dislocation of the economic ideologue to the long-lasting trauma, injury, death and desolation of society caused by those who use violence or war as a means to achieve power or impose their will. It may take time, but people WILL eventually realise what is not good, and will take action – which is why slavery is no longer ubiquitous, and why the march to freedom and democracy is underway – tentatively, and with backsliding and mistakes along the way, but inexorable nevertheless.
Also, if you’re interest is healing, I have changed the way I do these posts to more clearly show opportunities for doing healing. Those interested in providing protection for others always have a place – refer to the first item from yesterday’s summation of world events (details and link below), for instance. Finally, a reminder that if none of this is of any interest to you, but you would still like to contribute energetically / psychically to making the world a better place, there are other options – for instance, see here, here, here, here, here, here (and here), here, here, and here – and, no doubt, many other places on the internet.

Post No. 1,489 - Life cycles: another view

A long time ago, I read a short story - I think by Kipling - which claimed the "ideal" life cycle in India was considered to be 20 years a student, 20 years a soldier, 20 years a family person, and 20 years a mystic.

Ignoring the pedants who miss the point of this and waffle on irrelevantly about lifelong learning (yes, that is a thing, but it is not the primary focus throughout life - and if you claim lifelong learning is, you better be single and without kids), I can see the legitimacy of an initial phase focused more on learning than other aspects of life - although there are other aspects, and significant parts of the learning are not academic.

The next two listed phases are ridiculous. For a start, women don't serve as soldiers and have kids at 40 - this was clearly written from a patriarchal point of view.

However, there are two ideas here:
  • service towards the broader community in some way (and that can possibly be through ethical business); and
  • service towards one's personal community - family and friends.
Again, these aspects are present throughout life, but the emphasis on them will vary, and when one has kids - particularly younger kids - the focus will be on them more than on others.

However, once one's kids are adults, the emphasis should switch back out to the broader community - including the entire community of humanity.

And at that time, it may well be that one's focus moves more from the physical to the spiritual, which encompasses the community of life.

I'm a little past the time ascribed to starting the focus on being "a mystic" (the term might have been along the lines of spiritual person - I cannot be bothered trying to find the original short story), but then I've been strongly focused on spiritual matters throughout my life anyway.

Nevertheless, I'm very drawn to the idea of withdrawing from mundane life. I can't - I have a family to continue supporting, I have no savings to speak of, and our retirement age keeps moving away into the distance.

Short of winning a lottery (and I don't normally buy tickets), this must remain a dream - unless someone wants to hire a hermit for their garden, as rich people used to do? I'm feeling quite partial to a log cabin (not in a fireproof zone!) at the moment . . . ☺

And now I'll get back to everyday life.
