For a number of reasons, I've decided to start taking Valerian again - which I drank as a tea in my 20s.
And I've noticed an odd thing: just thinking about that, and looking at the options which are now available, has reminded my body and my periconscious/unconscious of what it was like to be under 30 (before my first Saturn return even) and a Valerian root tea drinker.
Already, I am calmer, less anxious, and more confident and having less problem with executive dysfunction and flashbacks - I’m still going to get some form of the Valerian: this recreation of younger me has not undone decades of trauma, but it has been a good start ... and food for thought about memory and triggers for reliving events, and a possible psychic way to work with herbs.
Possible flaws
Where I can, I will try to highlight possible flaws / issues you should consider:

- I could be wrong - so keep your thinking caps on, and make up your own minds for yourself.
