I noticed something recently, something which sounds minor: I invited someone into my room (which is my bedroom, office, cranky exercise gym, personal storage bunker, launching pad for astral forays, meditation retreat, etc) - to their surprise.
And I realised the change that no longer being as actively involved in heavy psychic work has made.
Previously, other than two other people, coming into my room could disrupt some of the ongoing psychic work that was happening (it is possible to set up psychic work [aka “spells”] to be ongoing without active human involvement - including such work with crystals) - in fact, I had to stop doing more sensitive work healing and strengthening newborns /prem babies when the step kids in one relationship wouldn’t stop coming in to my (shared with their parent) bedroom (and they also started interrupting heavier work, to their potential harm - but that was a boundary I was not prepared to let anyone cross).
That realisation led me to also think about the impact of communication, and I realised storytelling (in the sense of relaying experience in a human, not a dispassionate technical report, manner) is something is something I should be doing more of - about the psychic work I have done in the past, with the Substack article I did about telepathy in a 1980s workplace being an example, and the Ranger short stories I did on my creativity blog being a generalised example of that.
There can be problems with this - confidentiality is an obvious one, the sensitivity of some of the work, people getting focused on trivial details rather than lessons, ego, etc - and, fairly obviously, I can’t write about anything which is currently ongoing for the privacy and safety of those doing that work.
Despite all that, I’ve decided I should try to write a little more about the psychic work I have done in the past.
And now to come up with a few ideas, and somehow find the time and energy to do so. I still have family care duties, my own health issues, etc - and I’ve been trying to finish a story for the family of my young friend in Africa, so don’t expect anything too soon ...
Possible flaws
Where I can, I will try to highlight possible flaws / issues you should consider:
- there may be flawed logical arguments in the above: to find out more about such flaws and thinking generally, I recommend Brendan Myers’ free online course “Clear and Present Thinking”;
- I could be wrong - so keep your thinking caps on, and make up your own minds for yourself.

Remember: we generally need to be more human being rather than human doing, to mind our Mӕgan, and to acknowledge that all misgendering is an act of active transphobia/transmisia that puts trans+ lives at risk & accept that all insistence on the use of “trans” as a descriptor comes with commensurate use of “cis” as a descriptor to prevent “othering” (just as binary gendered [men’s and women’s] sporting teams are either both given the gender descriptor, or neither).
