Post No. 887 - Reading

These links are, in part, to pass on useful or potentially useful information to help others learn and grow and develop, as I have been helped by others doing the same for me. If nothing else, some of these at least might stimulate some useful thought – and disagreeing intelligently with something can sometimes be a useful exercise. (Also, these are links I would like any future incarnations of me to come across and read :) )
However, there is more to it than that – particularly as most of these links, in my more recent readings posts, are news links.
As you may well know from Psychic Weather Reports, Dear Reader, every ‘bad’ news story is something that, in general, requires:
(i) clearing of all negative energy associated with the event directly (e.g., pain, fear, etc on the part of the direct victims) or indirectly (e.g., fear, overreactions, inappropriate reactions, or seeking to outdo others’ reactions in others reached via the media);
(ii) healing of those harmed;
(iii) that those responsible be found through BPLF [1] means and brought to BPLF justice (if otherwise, as the means shape the end, the result will a society that is lessened and a strengthening of the so-called ‘law of the jungle’ [2]); and
(iv) that BPLF inspiration be given to enable all to rise above this, and take BPLF actions that will ensure a BPLF prevention of a recurrence, in the sense that USA President John F Kennedy talked of “true and lasting peace”.
Thus, every one of the ‘bad news’ stories which I may have provided links for is an opportunity – but, furthermore, so are many of the ‘good’ news stories, which often requires nonBPLF units to be cleared to prevent blocking of improvements, to help those who are busting their guts and becoming exhausted trying to make good things happen, and to provide some much needed BPLF healing, energy, inspiration and encouragement –
every
single
good
news
story.
Also, keep in mind that reading these stories may well stimulate links you personally have to similar units (energies, links, etc). Immediately, that gives you a chance to improve both yourself and the world by dealing constructively with any nonBPLF units through good shadow work, and by strengthening any BPLF units.
I now lump these links into three broad categories:
  • Links on spiritual/metaphysical/psychic/Pagan matters;
  • Some other links I consider relevant to consideration of spiritual/moral/ethical and related matters;
  • Links on other matters.
As you read these, I wish you good hunting, good working, and the odd bit of fun :) , so let’s begin.
G'day, hello, howdy, hi, zdravstvujtye (some of my work colleagues are Russian), guten tag (where I have connection owing to a recent past life), sveiki, czesc (I have friends, not just colleagues, at work who are Polish), bonjour (colleagues at a former workplace were French, and we practised and tried to extend my woeful and limited range of this language), selamat pagi (one of the best junior engineers I ever worked with was Malaysian, and she taught me a few words), annyeonghaseyo, pryvit, bitaem, como vai (a friend of mine a few years ago, although not Brazilian, had Portuguese ancestry), ¡Hola (a former work colleague and friend, a VERY talented artist - with a Mexican sensibility to her artwork, particularly around the Day of the Dead - used to teach me Mexican Spanish), Selamat pagi, ni hao (ah, my work trips to Asia, and the many wonderful, wonderful people I have met there - and some excellent work colleagues and friends here, as well), bongiorno (my current home city of Melbourne has lots of Italians, who have made our culture far richer - and made us coffee snobs :) ), hoschakal, hejsan, ciao, jo napolt kivanu, chào bà, chào ông, yiassou (from the city which has, I understand, the largest collection of Greek people outside of Greece), ceau, salam wa aleikum, sawas dee ka, dia duit, hoi, hei, namaste, marhaba, dobry den, hej, konnichiwa, kihineh, hæ.
WARNING: some of these links may contain triggers around issues such as violence, sexual assault, discrimination.

Online magazines and publications:
  • Axis Mundi has some interesting articles on Autumn, the connection between Ma’at and this equinox, Samhain and some astrological comments that I’m publicising too late … ;
Links on spiritual/metaphysical/psychic/Pagan matters:
  • a (long – very long, TOO long for me :) ) YouTube video on “the seven Essene mirrors”. I suspect this is more UPG than archaeological fact :) (I am not familiar enough with the state of translation / publication [e.g., see here, here and here] of the Dead Sea Scrolls to be sure on this), and it is severely and grossly limited in its “understanding” of gender and sexuality (i.e., it is heteronormative to the point of being wrong on the causation of same sex attraction), but it is interesting to consider (i.e., THINK for yourself about this – meditate on it) aspects of this anyway. The blurb about this video begins with “From the perspective of the ancient Essenes, every human on the earth is an initiate in the Mystery School that we call Life. Whether they are conscious of it or not, every human will experience in the presence of others mirrors of themselves in that moment. If we have the wisdom to recognize those mirrors, we may accelerate the evolution of emotion and understanding”. On the basis of my limited understanding (and interest), it seems to me that the Essenes were:   (a) too afraid of nonBPM / “negative” / challenging experiences associated with physical incarnation (signified by their obsession with white clothing, for instance);   (b) transformation of nonBPM to BPM (my words);   (c) appear to have had a good focus on peace;   (d) a book about peace which I have not read, but has some good comments about grounding and bad gender stereotypes – and is probably too Christian for a Pagan like me.   If you don’t mind the Christian flavour, you might also enjoy this (alleged) Gospel of Peace and this (alleged) Book of Revelation   (I’ve posted previously about the apocrypha – see here, where I review Anglican priest Pete Owen Jones’ review of this topic, and how the selection of official gospels led to the neochristian church.   Other interesting links – again, probably more UPG than archaeological fact? – that I came across while “researching” (well, Internet search anyway :) ) are:   alleged way of life (I like the calm reflection on one’s past),   (alleged) principles and rules of life,
  • a personal view of polytheism – most of which agree with, and which links to here, also worth thinking about;
  • the subtle biases from monotheistic religions (and other stuff);
  • a critique of aspects of a criticism of the penetration of “the New Right” into Paganism and Heathenry (good comments about retaining sovereignty before the Deities);
  • the Deities as archetypes (with some interesting historical notes);
  • “From a Flatland Metaphysics to the Ecology of the Gods”;
  • an interesting short story suggesting that we can be of some (surprising) use for the fae;
  • a post on shadow work;
  • an interesting interview with a Sky Watcher who looks for UFOs, and has some nice, down-to-earth attitudes about UFOs – although when they got onto conspiracy theories they started to lose me;
  • the above link led me to the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence, which has a training course on contacting aliens – which, because I don’t have a mobile phone that works with apps, I will have to buy. I haven’t done that yet, so cannot comment on how good these materials are. I like their principles * ;
     * (I've added numbers for my convenience here)
       (1) There is strong evidence for the existence of ETI, civilizations and spacecraft.
       (2) ETI/ETS have been and are currently visiting the Earth.

    (3) Careful bilateral communications between ETI and humans is of continuing importance and will increase in the future.
       (4) CSETI approaches the study of ETI with cooperative, peaceful, non-harmful intentions and procedures.
       (5) The establishment of a lasting world peace is essential to the full development of the ETI-Human relationship.
       (6) Both humans and ETI, as conscious, intelligent beings, are essentially more alike than dissimilar; CSETI is dedicated to the study of both our shared and unique characteristics.
       (7) CSETI operates on the premise that ETI net motives and ultimate intentions are peaceful and non-hostile.
       (8) It appears probable that more than one extraterrestrial civilization is responsible for the ETI/ETs contact so far observed. It is likely that this represents a cooperative effort.
       (9) CSETI will attempt to cultivate bilateral ETI-human contact and relations which will serve peaceful, cooperative goals. It is NOT a goal of CSETI to acquire ET advanced technologies which may have a potential harmful or military application if disclosed prematurely
  • a rethinking of Egyptian hieroglyphics which I will continue to ponder. My natural reaction is to be sceptical, but I should give it at least another listen;
  • the interesting first part of an interview with Dolores Aschcroft-Nowicki, from one of the Western Mystery Traditions – Dion Fortune’s Servants of Light;
  • an excellent article on Pagans and money (I’m going to have another go at reading Adam Smith’s book – I gave up before partly because of the denseness of the writing [to modern perspectives?], and partly because I wasn’t seeing how to related to what I had been taught about capitalism … );
  • a call for white people to stop saying “namaste”;
  • examples of people who have left extreme religious lives;
  • a possible case of haunting – downplayed by media as “mass hysteria” (which it could also be);
  • travel can be good, but often one’s backyard can be as effective spiritually. In this post, travel included a quest, however;
  • dealing with a personal demon (a Mercedes demon … :) );
  • as a few of the posts I’ve seen have been quite good, I may start checking out this YouTube channel, and the associated blog;
  • another take on building a backyard Stonehenge;
  • a lovely interview with Red Catherine;
  • the best explanation of “magic squares” that I have come across;
  • http://wildhunt.org/2016/05/canadian-fire-spares-polytheists-altar-and-shrine.html;
  • an Anglican was told by a catholic priest not to become catholic, which has contributed to a lifetime of thinking;
  • an interview with a “death researcher”, who considers the fear of mortality leads to a range of problems;
Some other links I consider relevant to consideration of spiritual/moral/ethical and related matters, including environmental and human rights:
  • the potential value of Australia’s wet tropics – if invasive species can be kept out;
  • men and women can equally be drama queens – and, despite the implication in the wording of this article, it is NOT a valid need: it is a sign of spiritual immaturity;
  • some interesting thoughts from the sports world on psychological momentum;
Links on society generally and other matters:
  • a backward move on road safety;
  • a debunking of myths around hypnosis;
  • an excellent video on a below ground and thus earth-cooled home;

I started this blog to cover karmic regression-rescue (see here and here), and it grew ... See here for my group mind project, here and here for my "Pagans for Peace" project (and join me for a few minutes at some time between 8 and 11 PM on Sunday, wherever you are, to meditate-clear for peace), and here for my bindrune kit-bag. Post No. 153 - Honour, mistakes, and forgiveness

I recently read a book, a present from my friend "Venerable Rune Master from the Bush" [1], by Galina Krasskova, "Runes - Theory and Practice" (pub. 2010 by Career Press, ISBN-13 978-1-60163-085-8). I'm not planning on writing a review of this book, although it is good - especially on the topic of paying a price for knowledge/skills (which ALWAYS happens [2]), viewing the runes as living energies rather than simply as divinatory tools, listening for the sounds that one's galdr makes on the web of wyrd, the importance of personal responsibility [3], respect for the runes (e.g., not abusing them by trivial readings), and the importance of never breaking your word - even in small things like returning books on time to the library.

I would describe that last point as "being honourable". Honour is of great personal importance to me - partly it always has, partly that was increased when I studied Druidry, but above all, it is important to me because I belong to Tyr (you may know this relationship as "Patron Deity", but I am aware that a Patron Deity is not simply a beneficial influence in your life to try and make your life as you wish it to be: it is more rigorous than, say, simply choosing a deity who's description you like!).

As such, there are things in this life that I try to do which others consider with bemusement - things like sticking to the law, or otherwise doing something to change any laws I consider wrong.

I have a bad tendency to get cranky when I see rules being broken out of sheer laziness - for instance, people who have no disability parking illegally so they don't have to walk a couple of hundred metres. That's me being judgemental, which I judge as me being bad. Ah well, I know I've got a lot of things to work on, and, as I've mentioned in previous posts, forgiveness is one of them.

(Also, non apparent disabilities should be noted.)

What I have come to realise is that, for me, the problem with forgiveness is when it is abused. I've posted recently about how sorry can be an over-used word - it's become a bit like the Mediaeval practice of "indulgences", which is basically purchase of forgiveness so you can go out the next week and do the same thing again (which was an attitude I saw in "Sunday Christians" when I was a youngster, not even a teenager, and which helped turn me off Christianity).

I've known people who were so casual in their use of words that whatever they said was basically meaningless (and I'm thinking of one person who was close to me over two decades ago in particular). I also live on the receiving end of bigotry and prejudice (which doesn't mean I'm incapable of being prejudiced myself, by the way), and get very frustrated in, for instance, work situations when I have someone apologise for being offensive in such a way that I know they have not changed their fundamental views (I had particular run-ins with a past manager in a previous job who was particularly inept and incompetent at managing human issues, and would pout on a "pseudo-wise father" voice, and then pummel underlings into accepting his superficial, stupid facades of formulaic apologies and the like).

If I consent to give my forgiveness, I want to know that there is some rigour and genuineness on the other person's part, and that it won't be a simple formulaic approach (I've done X, so if I do Y they won't give me a hard time), rather than what it should be, which is along the lines of:
"I've done X, and that has had impact Z, which is wrong because of principle A, and what contributed to me doing that was circumstances, D, E and F, and more fundamentally, personal flaws H, L and M, all of which which I can fix by doing G and Z".

As an example of that, a few night's ago, I made a driving mistake: I changed lanes without looking adequately enough and another car had to take evasive action. It was my fault, my mistake, and potentially could have caused an accident.

I may have been affected in a number of ways by one of my sister's current illness, and was definitely affected by lack of sleep arising from a combination of circumstances - but part of this also means I will be more willing to say "no". Out of honour, I cannot claim allowances for those - it is up to me to manage such influences, same as ALL other drivers, without making excuses.

The other driver was scared, shocked and - understandably - angry (in fact, it's been a while since I have made a mistake like that and had to be on the receiving end of such anger: it was unpleasant, and more than a little scary).

I've identified a number of issues which led to me making that mistake, and have taken actions to address all of them - for instance, I've changed the glasses I wear while driving, as the ones I had on that time have a pattern on the side which interferes with my peripheral vision, and my partner and I will manage navigation issues differently. What I have NOT done is say, "oh gosh, that was almost an accident. Oh well, nothing happened, so all's well".

(I have also seen some brilliant applications of this principle of looking seriously at issues in people close to me over the last couple of years, and have learned from these.)

I have unquestionably been influenced in my attitude to these issues by my training and work on job safety (including as a mine safety officer [4]), and consider that Victoria's laws and requirements on this are now excellent (see here, for instance), but good, rigorous personal development work, as one experiences with a good counsellor (they're not all good, unfortunately) or in a good personal development group, also helps.

As an example, consider an example of some past life work (to understand this, see here and here):

  • someone may do a regression where they find they did something to harm another because they were jealous, so they try to address the issue of jealousy now as they clear the karmic energy from that life;
  • as they work with the issue, they may realise there are issues of personal insecurity, feeling unloveable and lack of belief in the abundance of the Universe to deal with as well, and they begin working on these issues (through past life therapy, conventional counselling, personal development work and anything else which suits that person); and
  • they realise that
    (a) problems are like onions: multiple layered and complex, and
    (b) as Lobsang Rampa used to write in his books: the more you know, the more you know there is to know.
This is all a little like the difference between professional and amateur in a number of areas in life - including sport. When I was sailing competitively, I could relate to the comment made by an Olympic Gold medallist, who said "the more I practice, the "luckier" I get". Amateurs, people who don't make a serious effort at something, may not understand the level of application involved in developing a high level of a skill - whether that is something as apparently materialistic as throwing a discuss, or something seemingly more spiritually "admirable" as managing one's personal flaws and faults (keep in mind that I found competitive sailing gave me a way of coping with my personal troubles, and a way of connecting with Nature, so I don't see sport as necessarily lacking in spiritual benefits - overfunded definitely, but not without some spiritual benefits).

I wonder what the world would be like if we all tried to be professional about our personal growth, rather than amateurs ...

There is another issue which came out of my driving mistake a few nights ago: I saw what it could be like to be on the receiving end of my hardline attitudes taken to an extreme level. As a result, I've now reached a point where I can start working with the issue of forgiveness, and the separate but related how I deliver my views. I've not done anything about this for a while, as I was still struggling with the issue of forgiveness itself, which I still consider unquestionably over-used and too generously given (albeit mostly by individuals of themselves).

I have a few other thoughts on honour that I would like to include here. A number of groups have various Codes of Ethics (honour), or requirements and obligations - maybe even marked by taking vows and oaths. Yes, honour is important, and commitments that one takes on are important, but one needs to take into consideration that people may have pre-existing, possibly greater commitments.

For instance, someone may wish to study and apply themselves to psychic or spiritual matters, but they may have family obligations (e.g., partner(s) or "young" children, by which I mean anyone less than the legal age of adulthood in their culture): in my view, those take precedence over the person's desires, just as family needs outweigh someone's desire to gamble.

As another example, people may have pre-life commitments which take precedence over those of any group now.

I've mentioned wanting to establish a group called the Rangers of the Inner Plane: this group actually seeks to be honourable by ensuring that members and applicants fulfill their existing obligations before the subsequent obligations of the Rangers. So, for example, if members or applicants have family or other commitments, allow them extra time to meet those obligations.

Update No. 1:
An engineer I used to work for had a saying: "Show me someone who hasn't made a mistake, and I'll show you someone who hasn't tried to do anything." Quite true in a lot of ways, I think, and there can be a benefit to developing resilience to handle mistakes. I know I refer to the AFL a bit: well, the 2008 loss of Geelong in the Grand Final was, in my humble opinion, an indication of what can happen when things go your way too much. Geelong dominated throughout the home-and-away part of the season, then only first came under serious pressure in the Grand Final -and couldn't handle it. So ... a few mistakes can be useful, perhaps.

Notes:
  1. This means "bush" in the Australian sense, of wild places.
  2. A price may be as simple as time, energy and effort to learn something, but, for more advanced knowledge, it may be more rigorous.
  3. The runes don't operate, according to the author, along the lines of "if the universe allows me to do this, I have some sort of cosmic permission", but more along the lines "if you're foolish enough to do this, then so be it and the consequences be upon ye" (my wording). She also talks about the importance of things like getting out of debt yourself, rather than relying on a divination system to fix your lifestyle management failings, before trying to do magical workings :)
  4. I was, technically speaking, Mine Safety Officer. In reality, at the time it was still an operating cattle property which a large company was drilling to find out if the coal that was there was economic to mine. So my job - well, that part of it that had the safety hat on it (I did a lot more than just that - which was quite challenging for a graduate three months out of university!) - largely came down to things like organising advanced driving courses to stop foolish drivers who had never driven in the bush injuring or killing themselves, persuading people to keep car windows clean, etc. Following all that, I now watch how people behave when they think no-one is watching, or that they are in a situation where "it doesn't matter", to assess their level of personal honour (integrity). In my view, it is what you do when "it doesn't matter" that matters.

Post No. 067 - Peace conversion

I recently heard part of an interesting programme on the ABC, which caught my attention when it started talking about "conversion to peace". The programme is about the Troubles in Northern Ireland, and a transcript is at http://www.abc.net.au/rn/encounter/stories/2009/2652393.htm

See what you think :)

Post No. 054 - Superstitions can be codes for guides to use

OK, most cultures, and some people, have a range of superstitions – for instance, throwing salt over your shoulder to “ward off evil/devil/bad luck”, not walking under ladders, not crossing the path of a black cat (anyone ever bother to check what happens to the black cat when someone crosses its path?), wearing lucky socks/bling/underwear. Ask most reasonable people what’s behind superstitions, and they’ll often give an explanation about how superstitions have a core of some truth, and some might even talk about examples like one from Africa (which I think I first read about in one of Lyall Watson’s excellent books) where a long, complicated procedure involving virgins, certain types of food, certain exposure conditions, etc for the purpose of fixing certain types of illness just happened to also create the right conditions for growing a particular type of penicillin. Hmmm – willow bark tea and aspirin all over again, eh? And I can hear the scientific/”rational”/Vulcan minded amongst you lot, my readers (both of you – I know who you are! Ahhhh ... must stop eating certain types of food prepared by virgins in another type of way ...) talking about the value of using objective testing to find out what is essential about procedures so you don’t confuse the waffle with what is of real value.
Well, you know what? I agree with you.
So there.
I actually do think there is too much blind faith and desire for things to work in too many metaphysically/spiritually inclined people – which, given the sad, unduly sceptical, materialistic state of our world, is understandable (though actually counter productive, as it leads to what does work being swamped in a sea of shoddy details which feed the sceptics). We would be better off maintaining some objectivity, and lots of true scientific enquiry. But that “true scientific enquiry” does not assume things either work or they don’t: there are rules, contraindications, circumstances/people for whom things will work and others for whom it won’t work.
I always tell people, in my crystal workshops, this won’t work for all people. When we cover dowsing with a crystal pendulum, I then talk about theories that this will not work for a couple of hours each day, and that you have to be very precise in your questions (e.g., don’t ask “can you tell me if ...?”, as the crystal may well answer “yes”, meaning it can tell you, which may be WRONGLY interpreted by you to mean the answer to your 2nd question was yes), and check how each combination of you + crystal will indicate yes, no or maybe. The rules for communication can change for each combination.
And that, dear readers (both of you :) ), brings me back to superstitions.
MAYBE the reason there seems to be a kernel of truth in these for some people is that they are true for SOME people. MAYBE those people’s guides know they are inclined towards certain types of beliefs, and so they USE those beliefs to frame their communications. For instance, someone close to me has a superstition that seeing magpies has meanings: one for sorrow, two for joy, three for a girl and four for a boy, five for silvery, six for gold, seven for a story never to be told. That works for her – infallibly (well, the one and two do anyway), but doesn’t for me. However, the superstition that owls are a harbinger of death does work for me (as far as physically seing owls is concerned – that doesn’t apply to psychic visions for me, which is fortunate considering owl is one of my power animals).
Well all is said and done, superstitions are superstitions. They don’t necessarily have a rational basis that can be used universally (but neither do, say, all medicines), but, in this irrational, imperfect world, they may be being used a valid means of communication from those who are busting their guts to try and help us as best they can.

Post No. 050 - World Peace

World peace is an issue that is of considerable interest for me; it is one of my passion’s. As I was reading today’s online edition of “The Age”, I came across a couple of good articles about current events.

Good article by, of all people, Malcolm Fraser on the problems the US is causing.
America has lost its way in the world August 29, 2008
To view the entire article, click on: http://www.theage.com.au/opinion/america-has-lost-its-way-in-the-world-20080828-44zk.html
The troubles in Georgia and South Ossetia are also extremely concerning, and do - in my opinion, at least - protend a second Cold War.
Why we should look to history for Russia's future August 29, 2008
To view the entire article, click on: http://www.theage.com.au/world/why-we-should-look-to-history-for-russias-future-20080828-451b.html
I think I'll start working on a ritual around these issues. Anyone interested in being part of that?
There are also other sites which may be of interest to those seeking to further the cause of world peace:
- the UK based World peace Campaign, which also suggests actions (e.g., contacting MPs), at http://www.worldpeacecampaign.co.uk/
- http://www.worldpeacenewsletter.com/, which includes the importance of personally finding peace (on that, have a look at http://crnhq.org/)
- http://www.worldpeace.org/, which is based around prayer
- http://www.worldpeacefoundation.org/, which has published a number of policy briefs
- http://www.attractworldpeace.com/ (which is seeking 5,000 people to attract world peace)
And, of course, there is good ol’ Wikipedia, at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_peace

Post No. 048 - Opportunities

Last night I took my partner’s daughter’s dog for a walk. It was a pleasant experience, and good exercise to boot. More than that, though, it was an opportunity.

I’m generally wary of saying things like “do good”, but I have to say that is possibly one of the best phrases I could apply to this opportunity. As I walked the streets, I can lay a trail of positive energy and – in my case – remove any undesirable (I’m aware there’s a whole debate in each of these terms!) energy, such as clearing clouds of anger energy that others may have left floating round the place.

Other psychic opportunities present themselves to us, concordant with our abilities.

To understand this, think about attitudes to littering: in the 70s (if you were there). I can recall many people not caring about dropping rubbish: now, most people won’t litter, and many will actually pick up rubbish (or join in things like Ian Kiernan’s “Clean Up Australia” day). This is the psychic equivalent: caring about our psychic environment and (psychic) pollution in it as much as the physical environment.

Post No. 043 - Workplaces

I’ve been making a few decisions lately: one of the key ones was whether to stay in my current job, or accept an offer from another company. My decision was based on what was best for my personal growth, not necessarily what was easiest. As I wrote on another online article:

Work has been interesting for me of late because the company I am in is being sold. Effectively that means we get transferred to another company (this is the 3rd time this has happened to me - I have held the same job for 23 years, but the desk has been slid around a bit), but I have also been considering another job offer that would involve less staff, less stress and less work (they said I wouldn't have much on my plate for a while): in a sense I turned that down because it involved less stress - where I am now, and where I am going to, will be stressful (there's the stress of a brand new company and new systems for a start, whereas the other offer is from people I know and have worked with; both roles would involve building teams - in the case of the other offer from from scratch), but that will lead to me refining my ability to manage people (and hence work with group dynamics) and personal growth (if nothing else, how to manage stress :) , although I have more chance of learning from others this way as well: the new offer would have meant I was the only senior professional in my field, and this way there are quite a few others I can learn from).
Now that you’ve read that, consider my previous post about psychic attack: ever considered how much negative energy there is in the workplace, due to stress, impatience with other people’s priorities, clashes of personality, etc. I see lots of opportunity to do (psychic) good in many workplaces :) How? By clearing the negative energy, stimulating positive links (see some of my original posts), and choosing to be a source of cheerfulness.
