Post No. 3,086 - the UK just green lit anti-trans hate

Despite what the UK judge says, their decision that sex is binary - which is contrary to science and common sense when considering natural variations in sex characteristics (and contrary to Australian law, I am pleased to say) - will be interpreted by the genocidal gender criticals as a green light to misgender and in every other way attempt to kill trans people - especially trans kids, who already have an increased suicide result as a result of absurd Cass attack on trans care. 

Their reaction is already glorifying the result, and I am appalled at the UK judges evident ineptness on that aspect.

News reports on this are (and I will likely add to this): 

  • “New rules for public bodies expected ‘by summer’ after UK gender ruling”   https://www.theguardian.com/world/2025/apr/17/public-bodies-guidance-expected-by-summer-uk-gender-ruling      I am very tempted to send the “equality” body something like this:   “When your chair, Lady Kishwer Falkner, said (according to https://www.theguardian.com/world/2025/apr/17/public-bodies-guidance-expected-by-summer-uk-gender-ruling) that transwomen cannot use women's toilets, does she understand that, given the time, cost, and often impossibility of providing a third set of toilets she is condemning transwomen to either staying at home (and thereby likely losing their job - which she very doubtfully suggests she would defend ... ) or being put at the same risk of harassment, abuse, rape, or murder from a small number of cisgender men that cisgender women have wrongly assumed all transwomen constitute? Similarly hospitals - and the psychological damage of what is effectively forced de-transitioning is going to materially and actively harm the wellbeing of transwomen? Or perhaps they can just safely stay home and have hospital treatment from a distance ... ”     
    Her comments have a powerful sense of being disingenuous, vacuous, and hypocritical.
    Is she aware of how such words can cause stochastic terrorism?
    And why on earth would any trans person approach such as an apparently biased body??!!!

There are two points that should be noted in all this. 

The first is that the Lemkin Institute issued the following statement about the gender critical movement a few years ago:   “Statement on the Genocidal Nature of the Gender Critical Movement’s Ideology and Practice”   https://www.lemkininstitute.com/statements-new-page/statement-on-the-genocidal-nature-of-the-gender-critical-movement%E2%80%99s-ideology-and-practice  

The second is a comment, in their updated    “Red Flag Alert for the Anti-Trans Agenda of the Trump Administration in the United States”   https://www.lemkininstitute.com/red-flag-alerts/red-flag-alert-for-the-anti-trans-agenda-of-the-trump-administration-in-the-united-states      which is as follows:   “... anti-trans feminists (and the anti-trans movement more generally), in addition to fixating on the supposed threat posed by trans women, are also profoundly misandrous (hostile to cisgender men) in that they purport to believe that any person assigned the male sex at birth is a permanent threat to cisgender women”   

Hate and stupidity have won.

Remember: we generally need to be more human being rather than human doing, to mind our Mӕgan, and to acknowledge that all misgendering is an act of active transphobia/transmisia that puts trans+ lives at risk & accept that all insistence on the use of “trans” as a descriptor comes with commensurate use of “cis” as a descriptor to prevent “othering” (just as binary gendered [men’s and women’s] sporting teams are either both given the gender descriptor, or neither).
