- interesting listening this week includes:
- I was going to include an interview with an Indigenous woman, but the interviewee was cisnormative to the point of being transphobic, and was actually wrong about Indigenous attitudes on that topic (as is explained by this Indigenous professor). That was a shame, as there was otherwise some good content - such as backing out of areas where one feels unwelcome - which may be temporary, but there are places where one’s presence could have a disharmonious impact on energy workings (which are not all done only by people in the physical) or one may simply be incompatible, or one could be being warned to stay away from somewhere that is, in my terms, nonBPM (in other people’s terminology: evil). Another thing I realised is that I’ve never actually done any major rituals in wild areas - a couple of minor rituals when I was learning, but nothing since then.
The interviewee was also, it seemed to me, a little FBU by veganism as a modern preference (although prior to recent developments, the situation was different in terms of choices here - but always included plant foods). However, I have also heard an interview with that person which was excellent regarding yowies.
That episode was also when I got tired of one of the interviewer’s frequent talking over interviewees and use of leading “questions”, and I decided to stop following that podcast. - from YouTube:
- “When your dreams die”; a video on testing mental mediums; “NDs and over sharing” - I related to so much of this; “INFJs and INFPs Are Not Weird. We’re Neurodiverse” (includes promotion of a paid event) I was once picked as INFJ because of the (nice) way I kept a meeting on track, and I have always found Myers-Brigg an interesting and useful perspective/tool, so this is an interesting and useful perspective on that tool/device; “What Happens When Empaths Are Pushed Too Far”; “The Heart's Intuitive Intelligence: A path to personal, social and global coherence”; “Tiokasin Ghosthorse, Lakota native American, on intuitive intelligence”;
- From Medium and similar:
- ““That's Never Going to Work.” How Futility Bias Keeps Us from Even Trying”; “Why Do We Keep Clicking?”;
- “Impending [US] UFO Legislation Prompts Action by Federal Agencies” - which is unlikely, in my opinion, to bring the sort of disclosure some seek;
- “Deep asleep? You can still follow simple commands, study finds” - not really a surprise for those of us who routinely work with nonphysical levels of consciousness;
- an EXCELLENT way to test and develop one’s psychic ability on one’s own - and some interesting thoughts on mediumship vs. psychism;
- the exhaustion of modern life and its many crises and destructive systems;
- “Grammar Changes How We See, an Australian Language Shows”;
- this week’s “afterlife report” by the Zammits (see here for zoom meeting opportunities).

Remember: we generally need to be more human being rather than human doing, and to mind our Mӕgan, and acknowledge that all misgendering is an act of active transphobia/transmisia that puts trans+ lives at risk.
