The problems of trans exclusion are well described, and the correct statistical analysis is excellent. I would add that I prefer women only wards (and one of my sisters was subjected to abuse from a cismale in a mixed ward), and that men are sexually assaulted as well and that problem needs to be acknowledged and addressed more
