Post No. 3,406 - Psychic work needs now and for the week ahead, and “resisting fascism” & “anti-evil” meditations

Psychic work needs now and for the week ahead  

As I continue moving in to this next stage of retirement, I am finding that: 

  • my psychic work is now based on more on refining/developing my ESP, healing, and working more directly with other BPM people - many of whom are nonphysical; 
  • my ideas of political work are turning more towards a new party (which I do NOT have the capacity to do - and CANNOT do, as I the member of party at the moment) which would include matters such as:   
    • testing all candidates for psychologydark  triad”;   
    • obliging candidates to remain in Parliament for only one term (unless they are a government Minister, in which case the limits would be two terms if Senator and three terms if a member of the House);   
    • requiring all corporate donations to come with a verified statement from the CEO, Board, or equivalent confirming that 
      • (a) the company agrees with the party’s values, and 
      • (b) has not and will not make a donation to any other organisation;   
    • hybrid meetings and other features for inclusion and trauma informed activities;   and 
      participatory democracy; 
  • I am thinking (no particular conclusions as yet) more on the topic of agency (which were part of my posts here [1] and here) - particularly after reading “A World Apart”   https://snyder.substack.com/p/a-world-apart   “Books, Freedom, and Captivity”   by Timothy Snyder, which includes the following:   
    • “This was the point Maksym made in terms of the loss of agency. Predictable suffering makes a predictable human. Herling-Grudziński defined the goal of interrogation as the thorough dismantling of a personality into its component parts. The prisoner becomes predictable, even to himself.”    

 

With regard to psychic work this week, the war in West Asia is escalating - because of the flaws of the people at the top of the USAs and Irans regimes, and Israel’s government. My work on that war, and other conflicts, will focus on those people - reducing their nonBPM strengths and trying to instil some BPM decency.

The “resisting fascism” & “anti-evil” meditations  

As I mentioned in Post No. 3,374 on Wednesday, 21st January 2026, I stopped doing Psychic Weather Reports (PWRs) for the sake of my health (see Post No. 3,345 of Monday, 24th November 2025)

I continued doing some work against the nonBPM (unbalanced/unbalancing energies/units/influences), but I didn’t keep doing the draining and time consuming dowsing of the world's energy work (course on that for anyone who can do it available here)

However, given the calamitous state of the world in January, 2026, I decided to formalise my meditation and nonphysical energy  work so that others could join in, if they wish.  

 

My aim is to do that work at 9 pm each evening for 20 - 30 minutes to: 

(a) clear the nonBPM

(b) protectheal and strengthen the BPM (and their SOs) and enable them to take courageous, effective, adaptive, and pre-emptive BPM action for BPM resistance AND BPM change for the BPM better.   

The areas of focus will be clear to anyone who is paying attention to world events. 

 

From the former PWRs

... the meditation (see here, here, and here) consists of the following, and I suggest (that is NOT a rule - convenient times mean you are more likely to do this, and contribute to the wave of energy rolling around the planet) you do this at 9 pm your local time: 

 - appropriate and responsible protection (see here, here, here), prayer and ritual (e.g., here) to establish and check protection (re-do or re-schedule, if you don’t feel safe and secure);

 - establish a personal connection to higher BPM influences; 

 - flush one's aura with emerald green, royal blue and royal purple (I am finding gold is also particularly good for Sunday evening's work, when one is charging areas to use as batteries during the coming week, but that may be a personal connection)  

 - fill one’s Heart Chakra (and maybe one’s Earth Star, Solar Plexus, Third Eye and Crown Chakras) with emerald green, royal blue and royal purple; send a weave of three streams of these colours from the Chakra(s) to a visualisation of a gigantic, multi-faceted emerald (which has been created to facilitate networking of BPM workers) through your personal facet until you see your energy enlivening other areas of the emerald and can feel similar energies flowing back to you; 

 - generate  feelings of love, peace, joy and respect; 

 - strengthen those feelings (energies)

 - radiate those energies to the world for nine to eighteen minutes;    

 - close your chakras, centre yourself and close your aura, use the banishing version of the LBRP to close circle, ground and release all excess energy; and then make sure you are grounded and closed down – eat, if you need to, or seek help from someone capable and trusted. As a final point, note that your BPM family of choice (i.e., friends - especially those outside this area of your life) and BPM family will help keep your life grounded. Similarly, you should focus on all that you love in life outside of this work at the end of a session - and, if you have nothing else, you must broaden your life for the sake of being balanced and thus capable (and seek expert help, if necessary)

and 

 - make sure you are yourself again - free of any lingering attachments or (misguided) ideas of being subservient, respectful of yourself & your integrity, just as you should be of others.    

 

 

Possible flaws 

Where I can, I will try to highlight possible flaws / issues you should consider: 

  • there may be flawed logical arguments in the above: to find out more about such flaws and thinking generally, I recommend Brendan  Myers’ free online course “Clear and Present Thinking” 
  • I could be wrong - so keep your thinking caps on, and make up your own minds for yourself.
