Post No. 3,407 - Reincarnation as a counter to privilege, reality that ALL can be bigots, the European failure to manage/contain power, and incompetence with nuance (~1,140 words, ~ 8 minutes)

Thinking back, it was a struggle between transphobia and racism that drove me off Mastodon. The racist trans people were definitely wrong and far more wrong than the transphobic BIPOCs, but there was fault on both sides and little merit (and the allies who downplayed the life threatening harm of misgendering trans people were probably the final straw). 

Thinking back further, one of the people who I had wrongly thought was a friend until I transitioned turned out to be a snowflake full of pretty white women privilege, complete with expectation of prestige and power as expounded on third year primary school playgrounds.  

And over the decades, as a result of being white passing, it has been misogyny deployed to protect snowflake white men and their PERCEPTION of prestige that has been one of the biggest sources of harm to me (and I am aware of research showing that fear of loss of social status is why many rich people start civil wars). 

But the biggest source of harm has been hidden power of elites that is most commonly described as  patriarchy, the extent of which is being revealed of late (and possibly in a more impactful way) by the E_st__n  files - but has been previously hinted at by sociological work on privilege, by examinations of class and class warfare (watch the snowflakes erupt at that one - especially here in Australia), and some other politico-social-economic revolutions in the last six millennia or so that we have been enslaved, tortured, and brainwashed by that evil (see also here and here). 

And that evil has been enabled by some appalling failures along the way - in particular the failure to call out power, which is due to a range of human flaws including placing social  status (see also here and especially this)/not being excluded (a particular flaw of too many - but not all - neurotypicals) above equity, true (BPM) justice, and fairness to ALL. 

And at this point, I  am going to point out that it is impossible for me to be aware of and cover all aspects of this topic.  

That is, in part, because of the depths of nuance which exist on all of this: it is simply not possible for me to write a post of publishable length if I try to cover absolutely everything, so I am covering what is of most significance to me.  

And on that, while patriarchy appears to have originated in West Asia, it took off in Europe, and led to white supremacism, colonialism, and an extension of slavery and violence beyond anything seen before - aided, at times, by co-opting techniques and tools from elsewhere, such as the ruthlessness of the Mongols and the use of gunpowder, much as the ancient Romans shamelessly stole and used every effective military idea/tool they came across. 

And I know a little about that from a past life in that era - one which introduced me to engineering, and showed me the ultimate failure of trying to use physical power to dominate. 

And the sceptical reactions to that previous paragraph are illustration of another important point: 

the struggles over these issues are fought and won or lost in the battles around the equivalent of the office water cooler, not only in the arenas of obvious power.  

The bigger battles are also important, but it is the multitude of seemingly little battles which connect psychically and contribute to group minds/egregores/the psychic soup we all live in. 

This blog is about my experiences and lessons in nonphysical matters (not only metaphysics), and my opinion is that the world needs to learn and accept the reality of reincarnation - NOT only survival after death, but the reality that people do come back into the mess they created, and they will not have control over where they come back. 

IMO, if all people knew that, without any perversions of that truth, they would eventually start making genuine efforts to stop being bigots - and holding on to politico-social-economic privilege is discriminating against others strongly enough to deserve the label bigot.  

Of course, we do know that ... but at the level of our Higher Self/Soul, which is useless at this level in terms of enabling us to create a world where we can learn and grow more effectively. (Which may be a lesson we have to learn, but how far does that get taken before it becomes counter productive? Also, widespread open contact with BPM extraterrestrials will NOT happen until this world chooses to stop being violent). 

There is a similar problem here, in that the knowledge of privilege and social conditioning/status and structural bigotry is not taught until university - but it NEEDS to be taught starting in primary school and then VERY STRONGLY in high school.   

Getting the world to accept the evidence / proof of survival after death/reincarnation is going to take centuries: the remedy I mentioned in the previous paragraph is more accessible. I have heard/read many times of the apparent benefits of going to Uni on the topics mentioned in this post (which is why the fascists in the USA and conservatives everywhere attack such teachings or even the entirety of higher education), but my opinion is that the nuance that is missed on that is it relies on people being taught such matters - engineers, as an example, aren’t taught such things and thus the profession is plagued by too many racist misogynists. 

I have to add a final point to that: 

those who have experienced abuse and bigotry are not going to be perfect or near perfect people unable to commit discrimination as a result of their victimhood - the harms of bigotry include damage to personality, and the bigotries of white women, the internal bigotries within the LGBTQIA+ communities, the effects of intergenerational trauma and structural bigotry, and the reality of discrimination of various groups of Africans against other Africans (which my friend there has ably described in the dictatorship in which he lives, but there has also been violent xenophobia in South Africa in recent years) are all evidence of that: do not ever claim you cannot do wrong - the potential is still there in almost all of us, including the shadow self, but also may be triggered in  another life. 

 

Now it is worth mentioning that three things led to me writing this post. 

The first is seeing so many snowflake responses to being called out on SubStack; the second was re-watching the movie “Hidden Figures”, with it’s grating inclusion of white saviour aspects, and thirdly going outside late at night to look at stars, sensing a possible physical presence nearby and throwing up a shield automatically - which is a reminder of my psychic abilities, a reminder that I have been in need of for some time.
