At this time of the year, many people are having get-togethers and celebrating holidays of various types - some work break-up and end-of-Western-year celebrations, some religious, many, if not most, family of blood (relatives) or family of choice (friends) events.
These events are sometimes ruined by being driven by obligation, expectations, and egregious behaviour - and sometimes interpersonal conflict. Sometimes that conflict can ultimately be healing (even if it is to acknowledge and adjust to an irreparable break for the good of all), but often it is destructive.
Many such events are beneficial, or at least benign.
Whatever the nature and result, there is a common, connecting theme: togetherness, or coming together. That theme can be capitalised on to do the work of this blog - i.e., clearing nonBPM nonphysical units and BPM strengthening of BPM units with a view to minimising damage and maximising the benefit of all such gatherings by flooding those gatherings with BPM energy, and clear nonBPM units.
Whatever your personal beliefs or views, the opportunity to do something of value exists.
Here's a few YouTube links to songs which might help "build the vibe" - however, as music is such a personal taste, and my tastes are from the era I grew up in, please substitute what you resonate with :)
- The Youngbloods - Get Together;
- The Who - Join Together (original); and
- Sweet - Join Together (cover version, but I prefer it to the original).
PS - one of the aims of such work should be to get people to wear masks - see this.

Finally, remember: we generally need to be more human being rather than human doing.
