There are signs of hope, such as the reinvigorated Democratic presidential campaign in the USA (see “US President Biden and the US Presidential election” https://politicalmusingsofkayleen.blogspot.com/2024/07/us-president-biden-and-us-presidential.html - and also “Good news from Mexico City” https://politicalmusingsofkayleen.blogspot.com/2024/07/good-news-from-mexico-city.html ), but the surge in hate is our collective problem, and we have to show some collective maturity and deal constructively with that - by reversing it.
