Remember:   #PsychicABetterWorld   and   ononphysical health, strength and wellbeing

The purposes of this post include:

(1) to provide information, includingonews, which may be of interest, value, or use to Readers;

(2) to identify both BPM and nonBPM opportunities to do the work of this blog (particularly clearing nonBPM nonphysical  units,   BPM  healing,   and   BPM  strengthening of BPM units - the news items helps draw in/helps me find those people and other units in need of any of the help I can provide);   and

(3) to help engage and frameomy emotional, mental, and other nonphysical (psychic, spiritual, Higher Self, BPM  Guides, etc) aspects both for doing my weekly PWR and for doing the work that flows from the PWR - which may also occur for some others.

Some of this post will likely be distressing - hence the content warning, to allow people to choose times they have high energy and/or are in a goodostate to view these, or to ensure they have access to support resources if they may be triggered, or to choose to either temporarily or permanently skip viewing this post or the News sections, as is best for their health and wellbeing.

Within this post, I generally try to identify what is considered “good” news in green, possibly also with green background, but owing to time, energy, and health limitations, may not always be able to do so. Similarly, I generally try to show editorial commentsoby me in this shade of blue (quotes are in this shade of blue) - and for the times I miss doing so, you should keep your thinking cap on.

On the existential climate crisis & nuclear threats and environmental issues  this week:

Criticism of Australia's two largest political parties for being inadequate on the climate crisis - see also this rebuttal of the neoliberal's call to ignore what we export and avoid responsibility;      “governments around the world are ramping up coal, gas and oil extraction which will put climate goals beyond reach, new data has shown”;      concerns that China's lastest emissions cut targets are insufficient - but see also this, which comments on China underpromising but overdelivering in the past, and having three times more solar and wind than the rest of the world (ignore the whining about the impact on Australia's egregiously carbon-based economy);      World’s oceans fail key health check as acidity crosses critical threshold for marine life   Scientists call for renewed global effort to curb fossil fuels as seven of nine planetary boundaries now transgressed;      Australia's power generation costs would be 50% higher if we used only fossils;      the importance of accepting that people arrive at being able to accept truth & help resist the evil afflicting the world at different times and rates (which is fair enough, but those people should not minimise or joke about their lateness, as it adds to the trauma of those who have been fighting while they were getting their act together);

In the global war against f_sc_sm (and “producerism and sociocide)  - whichoisofought wherever we are (note the advice/examples/guidance on resistance here, here, here, here, here, here, here, this [on the efficacy of nonviolent protest], this book, this book, this, and thesethis week:

In a a lie-filled, xenophobic, insular, conspiracy-fantasy-based hateful, the USA's AIC has tried to bully the nations of the world into adopting a version ofobl__d opurity;

transphobes in the USA are trying to get trans advocates declared t_rr_r_sts;       a call to fight fascism in Scotland;      the power of the dollar - and the genuine motivation of (most) corporations - has been shown by a boycott leading to the reinstatement of a US comedian;      “America’s language of extremity is shocking to Australians. With local radicals on the march, we have to push back   While we delay regulating platforms the assault on our acceptable social parameters will continue. The long-term loss will be more than Australia’s cultural sovereignty. With radicals on the march there will be an eventual inability to discern meaningful difference between our politics and America’s”;      an example of fear mongering, including how to recognise it and how to respond;      mainstream media failed utterly to report key aspects of a far right MP's policy announcement in Scotland;      the current ICC charges against a former Philippine president are an example of how despots/tyrants could and should be brought to justice after they are out of power (remember: innocent until proven guilty);      a scandalous change of personnel;      “UN experts urge states to stop criminalising civil society and peaceful assembly”;      feeling powerless doesn’t mean you are powerless”;      an opinion from the USA that Australia could be next to do down the fascist path - with counterpoints based on our different political systems;      at the UN, Australia has criticised isolationism;      a debunking of one of the bases for neoliberalism;      concerns over the allegedly increasing risk of being injured by police at protests;

  • a reminder of how fascism was defeated in London, UK, in the 1970s;
  • the benefits of DEI in everyday life;

Items of concern/note (and associated resistance/actions) in/regarding the USA and theiroAutocrat-in-Chiefo(AIC), noting this on “a slight change of activist focus”, include:

The USA's Department of "Justice" - actually revenge and suppression (Do"J") - has deleted a report on far right violence;      the AIC has issued an executive order attempting to declareoantifaoa t_r r_r_st organisation ... which actually requires more steps, but the law breaking thugs in the AIC's formal and informal militias won't wait for that;      the USA's Department of Invasions - and the AIC - has increased its suppression of the press;      an opinion that the USA's response - including the AIC's admission of hating his opponents, complete with call for the Do"J" to charge them - to theorecentoassassination of a farorightowingopersonoshows the extent of its descent into n_ z_ sm (95 "Democrats", including the only trans rep, have utterly disgraced themselves by willingly endorsing this; I am aware that the motion has little significance legally, but they could have not voted. At this time, such gestures - especially from an already struggling, out-of-touch, ineffective group - send powerful signals to US voters) - see also this;      an opinion by Jewish opponents to the death penalty that executing the alleged killer of the farorightowingopersonowould be the wrong response;      California has banned masked law enforcement;      extreme misogyny in the US military;      one US state will include indoctrination of children in its high schools;      a mystery meeting of the US military's highest officers will be held soon ... ;

More blatant and ridiculous lies by the current US regime - this time about autismsee  this criticism and rejection of the presentations (they lacked the standard, rigour, and quality to be accepted as evidence) of those trying to claim a link between a drug and ASD (“In excluding plaintiffs’ experts, Judge Cote noted, for example, that the experts applied a “transdiagnostic analysis” not generally accepted by the scientific community, that served not “to enlighten but to obfuscate the weakness” of their evidence   ...   plaintiffs’ expert asserted that three studies “found that acetaminophen exposure beyond 28 days showed a two-fold increased risk for childhood ADHD and ASD diagnosis.” (internal quotations omitted). Id. at 145. But Judge Cote took the time to look closely at the underlying evidence and noted that none of the cited studies involved ASD. Moreover, the “greatest weight” in the expert’s analysis was placed on a study that “did not involve even an ADHD diagnosis.” Id. At the end of the day, the Court found that the analyses featured in published studies on the issue simply did not find any clear increased risk of ASD or ADHD due specifically to prenatal exposure to acetaminophen.”) - see also   “The (Lack of) Science Behind Tylenol & Autism” - which is an excellent analysis and explanation - including the fact that this is really about controlling women,  this debunking (and call for sustained activism to get rid of zombie ideas [my words]),   this ("autism is not a curse that we need to be rescued from"),   and also see  here,  herehere,  herehereherehere and hereherehere (possible backlash amongst the US leader's far right cultists)Tylenol's response,   and “Obama says [the current leader] linking paracetamol to autism is ‘violence against the truth’

  • Evidence of the AIC’s unsuitability (including mentally) this week include:  this,  and these allegations regarding the E files
  • Lies by theoAIC this week include:  this;
  • Actsooforesistance this week include:  this;

§   On migration, border control, rendition, deportations, and associated legal matters,     a Jamaican man renditioned to Eswatini has reportedly been repatriated to Jamaica;      another appalling exceedance of authority in a violent assault;      lies by the US regime about the shooting killing of a man by ICE;      a sniper  shooting at an ICE facility;      renditioned people are then being subjected to refoulement;      hundreds of detainees are missing;

Items of concern/note (and associated resistance/actions) in/regardingoUkraine/Russia (et al) include:

Further intrusions by Russian air forces into European air space have led to interceptions by NATO - which was ready to use force, and the UK and Poland has stated they will confront intruding aircraft - which subsequently became "will shoot down", which Russia has threatened war over (despite its limited and on the edge of losing strength) - and have scrambled jets for Russian attacks on western Ukraine - and confirmation the drones of the initial incursion did not have warheads;      after a recent cyberattack caused disruptions, drone disruptions at airports in Denmark and Norway (note that Ukrainian attacks in Russia have caused similar disruptions, so this MAY be a form of revenge/pressure - if Russia is behind it [Russia has form with such disruptions - including to GPS ... and, ironically, Russia is trying to get sanctions lifted on the grounds of air safety] - see also this) - and the plane of a Spanish Minister has experienced GPS problems near a Russian territory;      some US Senators want to sanction Russia's shadow (oil) fleet, and the EU is FINALLY proposing banning Russian LPG in the next (19th) package of sanctions;      "Ukraine's anti-corruption bodies complete probe into Defence Ministry food procurement scandal" - this case is getting closer to charges being laid (the article reminds readers innocent until proven guilty);      Russian allies "Slovakia, Hungary excluded from initial EU 'drone wall' talks" - there are real security risks if they are included, but this will build intra-Europe tensions;      Russia is meddling in Europe's upcoming elections;      Estonia is open to hosting UK jets;      Ukraine has pointed out that it can help Europe deal with the threats from Russia;      fears of censorship of journalism in Ukraine under a new law;      the demographic loss of young people from Ukraine;      Ukraine’s President Zelens’kyi will NOT seek re-election after the war;

"Putin proposes temporary US-Russia nuclear arms control deal but vows response to 'any threats'" - this will be a one year extension of the existing New START treaty beyond its current expiration in 2026;      a Chinese vessel has broken sanctions by docking in Russian occupied Ukraine;      horrific torture by Russia of Ukrainian civilians;      Russia is moving towards increased conscription - which feeds into war service;

calls for Australia to ban products derived from Russian oil (Europe's continued use of Russian fossils has been a double tragedy - it puts off climate change adaptation, and if funded Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine ... the second point applies to others, including us);      France's President "Macron opposes seizure of Russian frozen assets, citing 'respect' for international law" - this is actually an important point, one that affects the morality/legality of international nations' actions, their reputation, and will impact on after war reparations etc;

On other international affairs/political news matters this week:

Items of concern/note (and associated resistance/actions) in/regardingoWest Asiaoinclude:

The current US regime is proposing US$6 billion of weapons to aid Israel's genocide;      the UN has called for an investigation into likely drone attacks and intimidation against a flotilla aiming to deliver aid to Gaza - and Italy and Spain are sending naval ships to protect their citizens on, and thus the, flotilla (which could lead to a dangerous situation if Israel sends a military response, as it has done with all previous such attempts ... also, are they equipped to defend against small drones?);

The human impact of what Israel is doing in Gaza - see also this interview;      Israel faces major risks if it attempts to retaliate against the recognition of Palestine;      an assessment by ACLED of the situation in Gaza;      a drone strike from Yemen on an Israeli city has led to an Israeli retaliatory attack;

An exclusive by The Guardian reports that Microsoft has terminated the Israeli military’s access to technology it used to operate a powerful surveillance system that collected millions of Palestinian civilian phone calls made each day in Gaza and the West Bank”;      a reminder that more than solely recognising Palestine is needed (France has called for a UN force in Gaza) as Australia warns Israel that Israeli "settlements" (500,000 people in 144 towns & cities occupying massive swathes of that land) is putting the two state solution at risk (while welcome, this is YEARS too late!);      concerns that the USA - some of whose Senators have threatened my nation on the issue of recognition - could recognise Israeli "settlements" in the Occupied West Bank as retaliation against the recognition of Palestine by a few more nations;      a comment that recognising Palestine could be the best way to isolate H___s - and the Palestinian Authority has claimed H___s would have no role in Gaza after the war;      the UN has said that the world should not be intimidated by Israel on the issue of recognising Palestine;      anti-Palestinian bigotry (and/or genocide coverup/denialism?) in Australia - and an accusation of Islamophobia is being investigated;      while Syria's President hopes to have security talks with Israel, doubts about Israel's regional intention rule out Syria joining the Abraham Accords which normalised international relations between three Arab nations and Israel;      pro-Palestinian protests in Kenya - and a map of/information on the evolution of Australian and global protests;      TACO is claiming he will block any annexation of the West Bank by Israel ... - and there's a ludicrous notion of a former UK PM "in charge" of Gaza at some stage ... ;      an anti-Palestinian discrimination crisis in Australian schools;

Independent  evidence that at least one of the boats recently destroyed by the US military wasocarryingodrugs;      my nation had dodged a bullet by being stood up by the AIC;       “a major Sudanese civilian coalition [has] asked the African Union to postpone political talks scheduled for October, citing the country’s dire humanitarian crisis and concerns that the process is not inclusive”;      a move to remove presidential term limits in Chad has been criticised as a ‘burial of democracy’;      a presidential spokesperson in Djibouti has resigned over “democratic ‘regression’”;      thousands of Brazilians have protested against a potential pardon for the former president who was convicted of a coup;      more US sanctions to try to aid the convicted US felon AIC's buddy, convicted Brazilian coup leader Bolsonaro;      a suspected police drone attack on a gang leader in Haiti has killed civilians;      the forced displacement crisis in Africa which has grown over 15 years - particularly as conflicts impact other conflicts;      attempts are underway to get food aid to a besieged city in Sudan;      the juntas of three west African nations (Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger) will withdraw from the International Criminal Court, claiming it is a "neo-colonial" imperialist tool ... and has nothing to do with possibly being held to account for human rights abuses and injustices at some future date/sarcasm ... ;      according to a Middle East Eye exclusive, TĂĽrkiye will train Niger's army to fight insurgents (TĂĽrkiye is being more activist internationally in recent years);      an opinion on the (poor) state of democracy in TĂĽrkiye;      tensions are growing between France and Mali;

§   On the USA’s AIC’s tariff war,      utterly ridiculous fees applied to a visa category;      more ludicrous tariffs;

On human rightsomatters:

A violent "anti-immigrant" (racist?) protest in the Netherlands saw 30 people arrested;      concerns about an undisclosed family link between the NT's Attorney-General and a man convicted on the hit-run killing of an Indigenous man, but not jailed;      the lasting trauma of Denmark’s forced contraception of greenlandic women;

the AIC “Digs In On Anti-Trans Provisions In Shutdown Fight Message   The provisions are becoming a key sticking point in the ongoing fight to keep the government open” (it should be noted that the actions being advocated by theohaterso/osnowflakeso/opersonallyoinsecureo/olacking inocriticalothinking willokillotransopeople -oINCLUDINGoCHILDREN, making those people, IMO,ochildoabusersoandochildokillerso;       a religious school - which is prohibited from LGBTQIASB+ discrimination by an ALP state government - is using a national law that the national ALP government has both failed to change and chosen not to change to do exactly that (there are times I wish the state and national branches of that party were separate organisations: this is one of them * );      one of the fears caused by mass shootings in the USA;      increased transphobic hate in the USA;      transphobic proposals in Slovakia;

the national ALP government of Australia, which originally created the NDIS, is hiring barristers (against self represented families) to fight against medical treatment recommended by medical experts - which is NOT what I voted for when I voted in favour of this, and makes a lie of recent claims by the government * ;

On societal and governanceomatters:

A Singapore-owned Australian phone company failed to react to problems with emergency calls, which resulted in several deaths and community & government alarm - and it now turns out they had whinged and whined about upgrades months ago on the basis of alleged scale of cost (which is a known problem of privatisation) * ;      the dangers of what can be seen by young people on social media by not logging in;      a criticism of the RBA and its keeping us in mediocrity;      the illegal cancellation of Centrelink payments because of a failure of Centrelink's automated system for the government’s controversial mutual obligations scheme is over 300,000 - far higher than Centrelink admitted to - according to the peak body for community legal centres;      a call for doctors to listen to parents after toddler’s death” at a hospital in my home city - research has indicated this is actually the best indicator of need for attention. The problem also raises the problem of simplistic legal assumptions and therefore pressure about near infallibility of professionals;      scientists have confirmed daylight savings in bad for health;      “Beware the AI efficiency messiah   “Efficiency is not a neutral concept: It is shaped by what is prioritised and measured””;

 * These three items are ones I would have added to my recent activist email, had I known of them before I sent it

From a spiritual perspective:   help others eyes be open to impropriety

Remember: we generally need to be more human being rather than human doing, to mind our MÓ•gan, and to acknowledge that all misgendering is an act of active transphobia/transmisia that puts trans+ lives at risk & accept that all insistence on the use of “trans” as a descriptor comes with commensurate use of “cis” as a descriptor to prevent “othering” (just as binary gendered [men’s and women’s] sporting teams are either both given the gender descriptor, or neither).
