Having done some more reading on a past life of mine, I have decided I should make a post with the key drill-type exercises I have been using and teaching for several decades – most recently presented as part of my “Magickal Battle of World” course. Practicing these until they can be done automatically is a key part of doing the work of this blog safely – as is learning to be comfortable with expressing problems, asking for help, and competent and honest work with emotions and shadow self.
The exercises are:
· Exercise A - self-care;

In addition to the skills directly practised, the partnered exercises have practised your ability to work constructively with others. Both sets of skills will now be developed, but with a focus towards working in larger groups, which in turn have a focus on changing the world. These will be based on the Rangers of the Inner Plane, which is no longer physically active (other than me), but is still working on the nonphysical.
I’ll begin by summarising the common elements for each exercise:
Intro
Establish and check protection, and then do your initial self-assessment, which you can find here.
Outro
Remember to automatically, quietly, without a fuss, clear ALL nonBPM units that you may become aware of during all discussions - or any group work, really.
Do your final self-assessment and restorative work, re-check yourself (get help if you need it), and then close your chakras, centre yourself and close your aura, use the banishing version of the LBRP to close circle, ground and release all excess energy; and make sure you are grounded and closed down - implement your Psychic Emergency Action Plan if necessary.

NonBPM links can be cleared, and BPM links can be strengthened. The clearing of a nonBPM link is best done by dissolving it with BPM energy (a description often simplified to “love”) – which is also the technique for strengthening a BPM link.
Before getting into the details of the technique, note that I do NOT recommend simply “cutting” the link : that is an aggressive technique which leaves problems unresolved, and the ends of the cut links or cords may latch on to other people and cause problems elsewhere (or on to different parts of yourself).
When you clear a nonBPM link with BPM energy, the people (or people and places, etc.) on both ends of the link will have the immediate psychic burden of that link removed (there will likely still be some aftereffects that still need to be addressed), and thus will generally both feel better and function more effectively in life.
When you strengthen a BPM link, the people (or people and places, etc.) on both ends of the link will generally experience a lift in mood and ability to enjoy life and function well.
The strength of these effects will depend on the strength of the link concerned.
Clearing a nonBPM link :
· establish protection (and check that it is adequate - yes I know I have already covered this : it is important enough to emphasise by repeating a few times);
· think of a time in your life when you most felt a generous, BPM love or similar positive energy, and relive that time or moment as much as possible to rebuild those energies in your aura;
· ask your BPM guides to help you become aware of the location of the nonBPM link that it is most appropriate (which more or less means “most important to clear of those within your current capacity to clear”), for the Highest Spiritual Good, that you clear;
· when you have a sense of where that link is, allow the love you have built up to flow out through that link until you feel that it has totally dissolved. If this link was formed as a result of you doing wrong to someone else, you will be (partly) healing that person by this action;
· you can repeat this for other links, but I strongly recommend that you alternate between clearing nonBPM and strengthening BPM links;
· when you have finished, close your chakras and aura, centre and ground yourself, thank the BPM guides for their help, and allow the protection to ease back to whatever your BPM guides wish you to have for normal, everyday life.
Strengthening a BPM link :
· establish protection (and check that it is adequate);
· think of a time in your life when you most felt a generous, BPM love, and relive that time or moment as much as possible, to rebuild those energies in your aura;
· ask you BPM guides to help you become aware of the location of the BPM link that it is most appropriate (which more or less means “most important to clear of those within your current capacity to clear”), for the Highest Spiritual Good, that you strengthen;
· when you have a sense of where that link is, allow the love you have built up to flow out through that link until you feel the love coming back (at the other end of the link, the person receiving this link may find themselves suddenly thinking warmly of you);
· you can repeat this for other links;
· when you have finished, close your chakras and aura, centre and ground yourself, thank the BPM guides for their help, and allow the protection to ease back to whatever your BPM guides wish you to have for normal, everyday life.
│Exercise C - links (partnered - whether physical or nonphysical)
You will need someone else to do this exercise. If there are more than two people, arrange yourself in pairs (may have to take turns if there is an odd number of people).
In each pair :
· person A asks how many negative links she/he/they have that are allowed to be cleared for the Highest Spiritual Good in this session while (as a check) person B also asks how many links A can clear.
· if the answers are close, simply continue - the numbers don’t have to match exactly, as this is only one of several checks,
· if the numbers are far apart, consider what options you have for solving this problem;
· repeat this to determine where the links are;
· repeat this regarding what influence - if any - the links have had, and what the benefits will be of clearing that link;
· person A then commences sending positive energy out along the links (see Exercise B) until BOTH A and B agree that the links is dissolved (as an example of a way of checking this, one could, for instance, ask one’s guides to show a milk bottle gradually filling, on the basis that when the bottle is full you have done everything you need to);
· repeat, but adapted for positive links to be strengthened;
· repeat, with roles reversed.
│Exercise D - objects (self work)
This is basically a variation of Exercise B, but directed towards objects - nonphysical things (objects, thought forms, clouds of energy, etc. - anything without sentience.
NonBPM objects can be cleared, and BPM objects can be strengthened. The clearing of a nonBPM object is best done by dissolving it with BPM energy (a description often simplified to “love”) – which is also the technique for strengthening a BPM object.
When you clear a nonBPM object with BPM energy, any people or places connected to it will have the immediate psychic burden of that object removed (there will likely still be some aftereffects that still need to be addressed), and thus will generally both feel better and function more effectively in life.
When you strengthen a BPM object, the people or places connected to the object will generally experience a lift in mood and ability to enjoy life and function well.

│Exercise F - energies (self work)
This is basically a variation of Exercise B, but directed towards energies - nonphysical energy that is not necessarily connected to a particular person, group, place, or object, the sort of energy that cam imbue constructive festivals, group riots, mass movements suffering from groupthink and blind loyalty / cults of leadership (such as the fascist movements of the 30s and 40s, the religious hysteria of the neochristian crusades, cargo cults and modern cults, and some modern political actions and/or movements).
NonBPM energies can be cleared, and BPM energies can be strengthened. The clearing of nonBPM energy is best done by dissolving it with BPM energy (a description often simplified to “love”) – which is also the technique for strengthening a BPM object.
When you clear a nonBPM object with BPM energy, any people or places connected to or influenced by it will have the immediate psychic burden of that connection removed (there will likely still be some aftereffects that still need to be addressed), and thus will generally both feel better and function more effectively in life.
When you strengthen a BPM object, the people or places connected to the energy will generally experience a lift in mood and ability to enjoy life and function well.
The strength of these effects will depend on the strength of the object concerned (and whether the clearing effort is strong enough to have the desired effect).
Clearing a nonBPM object :

· person A asks how many “clouds” of nonBPM energy she/he/they have that are allowed to be cleared for the Highest Spiritual Good in this session while (as a check) person B also asks how many “clouds” of nonBPM energy A can clear.
· if the answers are close, simply continue - the numbers don’t have to match exactly, as this is only one of several checks,
· if the numbers are far apart, consider what options you have for solving this problem;
· repeat this to determine where the “clouds” of nonBPM energy are;
· repeat this regarding what influence - if any - the “clouds” of nonBPM energy have had, and what the benefits will be of clearing those “clouds” of nonBPM energy;
· person A then commences sending positive energy out to the energies (see Exercise B) until BOTH A and B agree that the “cloud” of nonBPM energy is dissolved (as an example of a way of checking this, one could, for instance, ask one’s guides to show a milk bottle gradually filling, on the basis that when the bottle is full you have done everything you need to);
· repeat, but adapted for positive (“clouds” of) energies to be strengthened;
· repeat, with roles reversed.
│Exercise H - rescuing cooperatives (self work)
This is basically a variation of Exercise B, but directed towards performing (spirit) rescue of “cooperatives“ - people who have wound up earthbound, but have no desire to resist moving on.
This exercise, however, does not come in two versions : you do not “strengthen the BPM” of earthbound entities (although they may need healing before they do move on), you help them pass from this world to another.
You may also find there are NO entities to be rescued.
That last point is important : the overwhelming majority of people who die pass on without any major problem, and only the normal help with those in spirit (which is interesting and rewarding to be involved with while still incarnate - as is helping people “die to the world of spirit” by being born to the physical [and yes, that role does exist, and incarnate people can assist with it] ). Some - generally a VERY small percentage - do, however, despite claims to the contrary by at least one medium, experience problems, whether because of trauma or abuse, or the effects of a lingering death in a famine or from poverty or long-lasting illness, or some other reason, experience problems.
That problem increases during warfare.
I wish that “Road of Many Ways“ (Bennu Books, 1975, ISBN 0 620 01312 5) and “Pilgrims on the Road” (Bennu Books, 1975, ISBN 0 909073 03 1) were available, despite their flaws of sexism and neochristian bias, as they give first class explanations of what can happen - of both good and bad passings. We might have to wait until the copyright expires and either Google Books or Project Gutenberg can make copies available.
Be that as it may, on to the process.
Rescuing a cooperative :
· establish protection (and check that it is adequate - yes I know I have already covered this : it is important enough to emphasise by repeating a few times);
· think of a time in your life when you most felt a generous, BPM love or similar positive energy, and relive that time or moment as much as possible to rebuild those energies in your aura;
· ask your BPM guides to help you become aware of any cooperative earthbound entities that, for the Highest Spiritual Good, you rescue;
· when you have a sense of the answer, apply the skills outlined at the links below until BOTH A and B agree that the rescue is complete :

│Exercise J - rescuing uncooperatives (partnered - whether physically or nonphysically)
As a first point, unless you are very experienced (at least 10 years of regularly working at this) and capable, do NOT attempt to rescue uncooperatives on your own. That is why that option is not listed.
Uncooperatives are earthbound entities who do not want to move on.
These are not necessarily malicious entities - for instance, they have included victims or murder or rape who feared meeting their abuser, people who were desperately worried about those they had left behind, or - in one case I was told about by my teacher - a small boy who found out he was invisible, and was getting up to mischief with things like pulling out chairs when people were going to sit down.
Having made that point, the procedure is, broadly speaking, as follows :
· establish protection (and check that it is adequate - yes I know I have already covered this : it is important enough to emphasise by repeating a few times);
