identifying and calling out specific types of nonBPM energy/units that are affecting me, so that, with the aid of my BPM Guides, allies, and helpers, and my Higher Self, they can be cleared.
The first few times this takes a bit of organising, but now, four decades later, it is fairly quick (even including the establishment and checking of protection).
To aid my self discipline and focus, given that I haven't used this particular technique for some time, I also went back to the way I was originally taught to do this: automatic writing (typing).
And it worked - I got a fairly quick boost to my energetic state.
