I’m not going to give the show/episode publicity, but, to be clear (and this became necessary after a start which was actually promising):
being trans is NOT a problem - spiritual or otherwise.
It is a normal variation of human characteristics - the ONLY problem is failing to accept/support the natural variations of expression of gender diversity, including surgical (which is not to give “homosexuals” some sort of “comfort” or social acceptance when they are adult - as illustrated by F2Ms and lesbian M2Fs).
Stop trying to gatekeep what is or isn’t acceptable.
PS - also, the etymological and activist (including popularising and obtaining acceptance) history of the term transgender goes back to at least people like Christine Jorgensen in the 1950s, a medical doctor in the 1960s, and a wide range of activists in many nations over the decades since then.
PPS - the anti-surgery attitude shown is as anti-advancements and amathiac as refusing to have blood transfusions for medical reasons.
I may need to work this, and the fact that social ID systems are predicated on what enables the ultra-wealthy and powerful to protect their things (and thus are colonialist etc in nature), into a standalone post ...
On that, have a look at the first diagram here, which shows some BPM Guides are more advanced than the people they are guiding, but possibly less advanced than incarnate people. Similarly ETs and humans working with the ETs, and humans here ...
