Post No. 2,997 - The coronation of King Tr_ mp 2.Ø

Today saw what I am going to refer to as the coronation of cismale King Tr_ mp  2.Ø. 

I have some news links to collate on that, and also, importantly, on the continuing and stepped up resistance to the new semi-theocratic, oligarchical, monarchical reign in the USA. 

Let’s begin - and note that I have changed some of wording below to reflect the perspective and points I wish to emphasise (shown with this shading). I am also continuing my policy of reducing publicity for extremists (also referred to as the “no notoriety” campaign). 

I may add more links over time - at least for this week, or maybe just the next few days. 


On the coronation and new semi-theocratic, oligarchical, monarchical reign in the US: 

  • King Tr_ mp has pardoned the felon who created an online illegal drug dealing market; 

and 



On the “Day One flurry of Executive Orders” and consequential acts ... and some of the responses:

Tr_ mp has issued executive orders to:         kill trans and gender diverse people and roll back sexuality and race based rights (which has been criticised by the ACLU ... this will also harm TGD people from outside the USA who seek to travel there - which raises the necessity of events being hosted OUTSIDE the USA for at least the next four years for the safety of participants);         pardon around 1,500 6th January  insurrectionists (leaving at least one informant in fear for their life, and an opinion warns that will promote future insurrections, another describes this as an insult to the USA - and Tr_ mp/M_ G_ cultists in the US Congress have formed a committee to try to re-write the history of the 6th January  insurrection);         withdraw from the Paris climate change treaty (again);         declare an alleged national border emergency (legality of using troops questioned);      leave the WHO (likely making the next pandemic worse) and “pause” communication from US health departments;         pause (not stop) the ban on a social media platform that he originally wanted to ban - which started the process leading to the ban;         attempt to arbitrarily rename the international agreed Gulf of Mexico;         attempt to revoke birthright citizenship (subject to a legal challenge by the ACLU - and note also this analysis by Mary L Trump, which goes into the Trump family history and the benefits they have received from birthright citizenship ... this has been temporarily  blocked by a judge as the number of legal challenges reaches five), along with sundry other EOs on a day when that person did a ring around of international  buddies and others;         DEI staff have been put on leave  pending closure;         refugee/asylum seekers flights to the USA have been cancelled, leaving vulnerable people stranded;         Biden’s AI rules have been cut as part of a deal involving massive funding of unrestrained AI - which the tech bro billionaires are bickering about;         Tr_ mp may reduce the threatened tariff against China to 10%, but is considering a tariff against the EU;         the USA’s Department of “Justice” will prosecute officials who try to stop or limit the human rights abusing mass deportations ordered by King Tr_ mp;         legal action against DOGE;         the notorious, historically violent, white supremacist K  K  K distributed flyers in one US state warning immigrants to leave immediately - on King Tr_ mp’s coronation day;         restrictions have been imposed on healthcare access (I suspect this is a case of cutting off one’s nose to spite one’s face);         sanctions on violent extremist Israeli settlers have been lifted.
