Some brief notes on this topic, often provided as an Appendix to many of my workshops, but later expanded into a more comprehensive, standalone workshop (which I don’t think I have posted, as yet – my apologies: as I write this I have two or three sets of workshop notes to put up here .. although I plan to also make them available at Lulu, in due course, if you’d like neater copies of these).

Beginning with some thoughts that past accusations of complacency could actually have been a misinterpretation of complacency, and a comment about current trying circumstances, then some reading links, including one I disagree with in terms of karma and children, and others on virtue, mind techniques, religion vs. spirituality, and ‘Sixty Tips from [the] Quran’.

My thoughts on the problem of jealousy, including a view that perhaps a significant part of it is a result of social engineering (particularly, for nations with a significant Anglo-Saxon heritage, that contemptible, vile and downright evil social engineering which was actively performed “on the playing fields of Eton” … ).

When we pass (at the end of the current incarnation) from this physical world to the astral, we begin living full time in a world that responds to thoughts and emotions. Some dreams give us a preview of that life, and a chance to work on how we are going to experience life there.

After a bad run of events, I found the YouTube videos by Kerr Cuhulain on behalf of the Order of Scathach very uplifting. This Order is likely, in my opinion, to be appealing to anyone who is interested in being in charge of their life, or living honourably.
