So ... I got to see my regular GP (doctor) today - after she had a few months off and changed to a new, much nicer clinic in a lovely, well-treed part of the world that allows her to take a retired guide dog in to support patients.
Among many other things, we discussed how unusually cold this (southern hemisphere) winter has been.
I had been thinking the problem was my increasing age, but she commented on the mercilessly savage nature of the cold for many other people as well, and I realised:
this is the chill of evil leaking out from the USA like a flood-borne plague ...
The good news for me is that, having made that connection, I can do work against it (in particular, have the intention of countering it in my regular work of this blog) for myself, my household, and others near and dear to me - and likewise for others.If you appreciated this post, please consider promoting it - there are some links below, and there’s also other options.
