seeking support, resources are available in Australia https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/mental-health-helplines, https://www.headtohealth.gov.au/search-resources, and https://www.blackdoginstitute.org.au/resources-support/. In other nations, you will have to do an Internet search using terms such as “mental health support - <your nation>” (which, for instance, may lead to https://www.usa.gov/features/usa-govs-guide-to-mental-health-resources-from-the-government, https://www.mentalhealth.gov/, and https://www.healthyplace.com/other-info/resources/mental-health-hotline-numbers-and-referral-resources, in the USA, or https://www.fondationdefrance.org/en/mental-health, https://www.counsellinginfrance.com/HELPLINES.htm, and https://www.angloinfo.com/how-to/france/healthcare/support-groups, in France [biased towards English-language - my apologies]), or perhaps try https://www.befrienders.org/.

From the list of nations I identified (from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Economist_Democracy_Index#Components) at https://gnwmythr.blogspot.com/2025/05/post-no-3115-proposal-for-human-rights.html as being the most democratic and also (from https://www.ohchr.org/en/core-international-human-rights-instruments-and-their-monitoring-bodies) similarly well placed on human rights, I have found the following news items this week:

Analysis and commentary:
Overall, the sense I have is of smaller nations being vulnerable to the bullying of the USA, or drifting towards the right (voters tend towards when they are afraid or situations are uncertain - even when it is the fascists who CREATED those circumstances), but there are notable exceptions - Uruguay, Denmark, Ireland, and, despite its internal right wing problem, Germany. Most of the other nations are showing signs of why they are in this selection, but this week New Zealand, under its conservative government, The Netherlands, Costa Rica, and Sweden are showing grounds for concern.
Disclaimer:
I lack the resources to undertake this on a comprehensive and authoritative basis; I do what I can within my limitations, including available news sources.
For the record, the list of nations is:
Finland, Uruguay, Luxembourg, Denmark, Germany, New Zealand, ✓ Norway, Spain, Costa Rica, Sweden, Ireland, Iceland, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Malta, Australia.

Elemental Energy Assessments
I have also done an elemental (https://gnwmythrsglossary.blogspot.com/2015/09/elements.html) energy (https://gnwmythrsglossary.blogspot.com/2023/09/nonphysical-energies-under-development.html) assessment for the main places of contention between the BPM (http://gnwmythrsglossary.blogspot.com/2015/12/bpm.html) and nonBPM, which are:
West Asia
Looking at these:
- West Asia needs more more BPM Water , and less nonBPM Æther ;
Inward focus predominates in Æther Fire Earth , outward focus predominates in Water Air
BPM predominates in Æther Fire Earth , nonBPM predominates in Water Air
With regard to the levels, upper levels predominate in Fire Water Air , and there is no clear pattern for Æther and Earth .
With regard to relative strength of the elements, Æther is much stronger, and Earth much weaker, than the other elements.
Overall, more compassionate thinking about others is required.
Ukraine and eastern Europe including Russia
Looking at these:
- Ukraine and eastern Europe including Russia needs more BPM Æther Fire Water , and less nonBPM Æther Fire Water ;
Inward focus predominates in Earth and Water , outward focus predominates in Æther , Fire , and Air
BPM predominates in Earth , Water , and Air , nonBPM predominates in Æther and Fire
With regard to the levels, lower levels predominate in Æther , upper levels predominate in Fire Earth Water Air
With regard to relative strength of the elements, there is not significant relative differences.
Overall, Ukraine is dominating in the element of Air, which reflects their better development and use of drones and ideas in general, but increased genuine BPM spirituality (not stilted, dogmatic, ideological, hierarchical, old religion) would help – which is almost impossible in a wartime situation. The need for this is greatest on the Russian side.
the USA
Looking at these: Æther Fire Earth Water Air
- the USA needs more BPM Water , and less nonBPM Fire ;
Inward focus predominates in Water , outward focus predominates in all the other elements.
BPM predominates in all the elements.
With regard to the levels, upper levels predominate in Fire and Earth , and the other elements have no clear predominance of level.
With regard to relative strength of the elements, Water is weaker than the other elements.
Overall, this shows a lack of BPM emotions towards others – emotions such as compassion, tolerance/acceptance, etc. It is the lack of these emotions that is more of a problem than the presence of excessive intolerance, suspicion, fear, anger, hate, etc.Central and northern Ana’esia (aka Africa)
The selected democracies
Looking at these: Æther Fire Earth Water Air
- The selected democracies needs more BPM Æther , Fire , and Air , and less nonBPM Water;
Inward focus predominates in Fire and Earth , outward focus predominates in Æther , Water and Air
BPM predominates in all except Water , nonBPM predominates in Water
With regard to the levels, upper levels predominate in all
With regard to relative strength of the elements, Air is slightly stronger than Earth and Water , with Æther and Fire being weakest.
Overall, decency is being driven from the physical realms up – which relies generally on logic, and thus risks not speaking to the heart as well as genuinely BPM spirituality does. That can show as a weakness of BPM Water, or trouble finding a response to nonBPM Water and/or Air.The World
Notes:
- When used, please note using the name Ana’esia rather than Africa was proposed at https://theconversation.com/is-africa-a-racial-slur-and-should-the-continent-be-renamed-234740 as a way of reversing colonialism - especially colonialist thinking. I am trying to do that with other names as well - hence the far more accurate and precise West Asia, for instance, and Bandaiyan for Australia, which is explained at https://www.evolves.com.au/australia-or-bandaiyan/
- Note how to generate emotions
- Although this assessment came out of “Post No. 690 - More on Magickal Elements” https://gnwmythr.blogspot.com/2015/04/post-no-690-more-on-magickal-elements.html and “Post No. 562 - A Rethinking of the ‘Laws’ of Magick” https://gnwmythr.blogspot.com/2014/06/post-no-562-rethinking-of-laws-of-magick.html , its earlier origins are the work I started doing in September, 2014, based on a project that I began in March, 2013, and earlier contact with the idea of people working psychically together.

Remember: we generally need to be more human being rather than human doing, to mind our Mӕgan, and to acknowledge that all misgendering is an act of active transphobia/transmisia that puts trans+ lives at risk & accept that all insistence on the use of “trans” as a descriptor comes with commensurate use of “cis” as a descriptor to prevent “othering” (just as binary gendered [men’s and women’s] sporting teams are either both given the gender descriptor, or neither).
#PsychicABetterWorld and may all that I do be of value and actively BPM used for and by the nonphysical BPM because #KindnessIsThePoint
