I learned something today from the excellent Time Nomad astrology app (see https://apps.apple.com/au/app/time-nomad-astrology-charts/id1092841332):
when planets go into retrograde, their expression becomes more inwardly focused - which is presumably why Mercury in retrograde results in external communication - i.e., between people - being problematic, as the skill and gift of good communication has shifted to an internal focus.
Hmm. Interesting - and a take on that topic which actually makes sense and is digestible for me. If only I’d been able to access that sort of clarity when I - briefly - tried to study astrology I might have stuck at it.
