Consider for a moment the hypothetical situation of someone grabbing a a weapon - say ... a gun - and using it to commit violence.
Clearly, there is something “wrong” (“maladjusted”, if you prefer - I actually prefer nonBPM) with that person, but there is also something wrong (nonBPM) with being able to access the gun.
This a lesson that the minority with power in the Unexceptional States of America has yet to realise.
Yes, there is something nonBPM with the person (and with those denying gun control in the aforementioned Unexceptional States of America), but, as with, say, a dog with rabies, or, as is the term in the Unexceptional States of America, an “active shooter”, the first, foremost, most immediate requirement is to stop further harm being done.
That means (in the context of this post):
remove the weapon from the harm-doer
The healing, if it can be done, comes later - but first: stop (more) bystanders being harmed.
The same principle applies to psychic work.
The method that applies in the case of psychic work is:
remove the weapons - being all nonBPM units.
In a word:
This also must come with BPM protection, healing, and strengthening, but for the purpose of this post, I want to focus on the issue of BPM psychic disarming of wrongdoers.

In relation to clearing aka psychic disarmament aka active protection, I occasionally do sweeps of particular areas or people for the purpose of doing any/all of the three purposes; I am going to add to that the following, as per an online candle I recently posted (shortly thereafter expanded to the format of this candle):
May every authoritarian person and all people with coercive and other mundane power be BPM stripped of all nonBPM units at the start of their work shifts, prevented from access those nonBPM units throughout that shift, and all vacuums of power be filled by the BPM.
That is active protection - removing the weapons before they are used to do harm.

In addition, regarding all right wing/far right / white supremacist / misogynist / LGBTIQA+phobic / antisemitic / ableist etc extremists - wherever they may be, may:
- all nonBPM units be cleared away from those people, and all people/units controlling those people or associated with or, controlled by, them;
- all nonBPM influences associated with those people, and all people/units controlling or associated with them, be BPM neutralised, BPM isolated, BPM reversed and utterly BPM undone - including protecting, healing, and strengthening all who have been harmed, including strengthening BPM connections to all people's Higher Selves, BPM Guides and BPM Matron/Patron Deities;
- all BPM people/units who are opposing such evil be protected, healed, and strengthened, and inspired and given every aid in their BPM work;
- all nonBPM influences be swamped, displaced, and replaced by all spaces/places/times/levels being filled with constructive BPM influences/units/aims;
- BPM influences/units/people be so prevalent that any future recurrence of such evils be absolutely prevented.
An important saying is: first do no harm - and that must be complied with in this case.
But a close corollary is to stop others doing harm - be a psychic upstander, not a psychic bystander.
